This is about the "atelier mecanique", not the sales side of things. I've stored and had my tires installed here for many years - mainly because I used to work in Laval's industrial park, and they used to be also located in same industrial park. They moved to Mirabel a few years ago, and I now work in TMR - so location isn't convenient anymore, but that's my problem and irrelevant to rating - and it wouldn't matter if they weren't so SLOW. Over TWO hours yesterday to put on my summer tires. Endless wasted time afterward looking for other issues that "of course" are EXTREMELY URGENT and I have to take care of NOW - "how long will that take??" "Oh madame just another 1-1/2 hr per wheel". 3 more hours of waiting when I've already been there 2++ hours for TIRES INSTALL?? NO. I'll go to my other place next to my work, thanks. Flabbergasted look on the employee's face that I don't agree to wait hours and have this done *right now* - erm just a suggestion, if you want to upsell extra services, try being on time with appointments from the start - I'd be way more likely to agree to it if they had taken my car in at the scheduled appointment time. read more

BUYER BEWARE. Visit was ok... salesperson was friendly. They wouldn't even budge on asking price, so a deal was not struck which is fine. The salesperson took down my number and said they'd be in touch if another model came up closer to my budget. The next morning, I see they raised the price of the car I was looking at by $1500, which in my book is very questionable business practice, especially considering the carfax had over $11,000 in damage repair of which they would not even specify the location (ie front, rear, etc). Everything you hear about them in the advertisements are a big lie. They just try to convince you to buy a car with a bunch of lies and if you get it, they say it was a mistake ! read more

I brought a car there and the car had being into an accident. They do a fake report and hide the accident. The winter tires are not free you have to pay extra for them. My front bumper is not even the right one and they dont want to repair it.. never buy a car there again worst place ever.. they take parts from car there to put into my car and they do it in front of me, how stupid to do that wow.. never buying a car there again.. read more

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED i purchased a car 3 years ago, my credit was not that great, they told me no problem charged me 12% They said when you come back to refinance another purchase and all your payments are up to date ,I would get a better rate.....LIES just tried to see what kind of finance and it was the same as 3 years ago TRUST ME stay away they get you in as a new client are very nice but try to go to refinance and they treat you like dirt. Also while speaking to the director of finance and questioning the way they work he told me WE DO NOT WANT YOU AS A CLIENT. Wow really !!!! thats how they speak to a client who has been with them for 3 years? do yourself a favor stay away!!!!! read more

Do not use Auto Durocher to purchase your car. I bought a car in Oct 2008. Breaks were not functioning, they refused to change them. they ignored my calls and said they would call back. they never did until the warranty was over. They sold me a car with mal-functioning breaks, the contact was misleading. the service was awful. Many lies were told. read more
