They moved to Mirabel a few years ago, and I now work in TMR - so location isn't convenient anymore, but that's my problem and irrelevant to rating - and it wouldn't matter if they weren't so SLOW. Over TWO hours yesterday to put on my summer tires. Endless wasted time afterward looking for other issues that "of course" are EXTREMELY URGENT and I have to take care of NOW - "how long will that take??" "Oh madame just another 1-1/2 hr per wheel". 3 more hours of waiting when I've already been there 2++ hours for TIRES INSTALL?? NO. I'll go to my other place next to my work, thanks. Flabbergasted look on the employee's face that I don't agree to wait hours and have this done *right now* - erm just a suggestion, if you want to upsell extra services, try being on time with appointments from the start - I'd be way more likely to agree to it if they had taken my car in at the scheduled appointment time.

BUYER BEWARE. Visit…read morewas ok... salesperson was friendly. They wouldn't even budge on asking price, so a deal was not struck which is fine. The salesperson took down my number and said they'd be in touch if another model came up closer to my budget. The next morning, I see they raised the price of the car I was looking at by $1500, which in my book is very questionable business practice, especially considering the carfax had over $11,000 in damage repair of which they would not even specify the location (ie front, rear, etc). Kind of shady, glad I didn't do business with them in the end.
