At that time they took a deposit and again no receipt, no e-mail confirmation, no real discussion about the shed. I am paying $4500 dollars you would think a little enough would occur. I waited a week and called and e-mailed to cancel my order and refund my deposit. When I offered that they could consider communicating better, we have lots of work and you can have your opinion. If that's how they treat customers at the front end I can't image what they would be like if you had a issue. Thank God I am out!!

Steve was excellent to work with and he did an excellent job refinishing our furniture making it look better than show room. He has the experience to properly remove the exisiting finish, repair defects and then match the stain and apply the varnish with the perfect sheen. He completed our project in a very timely fashion for a fair price. It was good to be able to speak with Steve personally when I brought in the furniture. He also showed me through his shop and other jobs he was working on. Bottom line, you will have a expert working on your furniture. His many years of experience shows in the work he completes. I would highly recommend Harvest Moon Furniture Refinishing without hesitation. I am planning on bringing more furniture pieces for refinishing in the near future. Glenn who is his business partner and helps coordinate the schedule is also very good to deal with. Tom and Mary-Anne Ranieri

Great Customer service!…read more I called in to ask if they had certain tools that I need and within 30 mins i was called back. I was so happy they had these in Stock because my regular vendor had told me it would take 5 weeks for the shipment. I would give a full 5 stars but they don't carry my main man Mitutoyo. They definitely have Starrett chillin around there but Mitutoyo and I had have a long lasting relationship. The day my dad introduced him to me (almost 10 years ago), it was love at fist sight. That strong hard back, the cool smooth moves, his classy debonair look, and he's almost never wrong unless he's been seriously hurt. I do have affairs with Mr. Starrett once in awhile and he is just as handsome but I would never be able to leave my man Mitutoyo. .. Anyways this place is great otherwise! I will definitely be back!

With all the renos we've been doing, new carpet had to be put in on the entire upstairs and the…read morestairway. After shopping around and getting a few quotes, we realized that the same carpet is going to cost roughly the same amount at any place you go. As for pricing, one place isn't going to be much better than the next, so it comes down to how good the contractor is who does the installation. The carpet is what it is, but how it is installed can make all the difference. We finally decided on BFC because they gave us solid dates for installation and a solid guarantee that we would be satisfied with how the work was done. In the end, we were quite happy with the installation. Our complicated staricase looked fine (that was our biggest concern) and the worker did a nice job of cleaning up after he was done - a two day job. What I can't believe is that this guy did the entire job by himself(!?!?). I wasn't home, so I didn't see how he hauled those giant rolls of carpet up a flight of stairs, and hauled the old stuff down...all by himself! It's been about a month since the installation and so far, it's all holdling together and looks great.

Upon arrival, hand sanitizer and signing in was required. Masks are enforced here, though the staff member we dealt with only wore a face shield which made us feel rather uncomfortable. This store is filled with fun gifts (I once bought a girlfriend a birthday present here for under $10 but it seemed much more expensive), kitchen stuff and anything you would need for your dining room and kitchen. They have some very nice place mats and linen and I have fallen in love with a plate or two here as well. The kitchen stuff can get pretty expensive if you go for the name brand stuff, but there is also "stokes" brand stuff available for most things too.

It had been my Moms Aunt's and my Mom used it for many years. My wife and I got it over 25 years ago and it was perfect for what we wanted. When I got it home it was a jaw dropper. It came out so beautifully and just just looks so great. My Daughter now 30 has claimed it for the future and thanks to Marlen and Steve it will out last all of us. Contact Steve or Marlen for my number and I will definitely recommend them. I am now on the look out for other great stuff for restoration and my Dining Room Table and Chairs are next. Good things take a while.

Rock star service here. I can get pretty much every repair part for my appliances, plumbing,…read morecleaning... heck if it's in my house they have something to help. Prices are fair compared to the big box stores. Plus, the person behind the counter usually has a clue what you need, even if you don't. I order online to pick up most often to save time for them (and me). Know if you show up before closing they will do their darndest to help, but if you can... don't be "that person" - give them a chance to go home on time. Last visit I needed a tub faucet handle because the set-screw stripped out. Sucks but... bad design isn't their fault. They had a nice genuine manufacturer part in stock and ready for me. I didn't know that there isn't any warehouse staff to pick online orders on Saturdays, but the counter staff had seen the order come in and knew to get it for me. AMAZING! Can recommend and will be back
