This correspondence aims to provide a concise overview of my experience with the recent project. The initial startup phase proceeded relatively well regarding design and layout. However, complications arose with the delivery of the cabinets. While the installation team performed admirably, the product itself presented several issues, including damaged doors, incorrect drilling, and improper door swing orientation. Additionally, the shelves were left with extremely sharp edges, posing a safety concern. The installers made every effort to work with the products that had been delivered. We subsequently experienced a delay of over two weeks for the countertops, which finally arrived; regrettably, they were also damaged upon unloading. As a result, the temporary countertops and sink moulding were returned, leading to an additional wait of three weeks. One would assume that during this time, the damaged cabinet door could have been repaired and resent, but this was not the case, resulting in an overall delay of two and a half months for that single door. Several other minor issues arose that required the attention of the service team to rectify. One service technician was exemplary in his performance; however, a subsequent technician exhibited rudeness, necessitating that we request his departure from our home. The ongoing problems with the countertops not only delayed the project but also incurred additional costs due to these setbacks. It is imperative to highlight the unprofessional conduct displayed by the service coordinator. We were informed that appointments would occur at 8:00 AM; yet, when we sought confirmation at 9:30 AM, we were told, "I indicated it would be after lunch." Given this experience, poor management and lack of customer care I do not foresee engaging in further projects with this company. read more

I had been waiting for years to get a new kitchen, and wanted everything to be perfect. I did a lot of research trying to find a cabinet shop that could design and build a beautiful, high quality kitchen for my home. I was reassured to find out that Delton has been around for 50 years and was so impressed by everyone I dealt with. They helped me come up with a beautiful design and I love the warm hickory wood we chose. I really wanted granite countertops but it didn't quite fit my budget. They suggested a piece of granite by the stove and this has worked out great - I love it! My cabinets are both sturdy and beautiful and I'm so proud of my Delton kitchen. Me and my wife were looking to purchase a kitchen and we were looking around till we went to Delton which me and my wife were so impressed by their show room at first, and how friendly everyone was,afterward we tour the plant which was so clean and got to see the cabinets right from scratch it was a lesson i will not forget since i know nothing about cabinets. I was impressed that every sink unit had a solid maple across for strength and they use hand staining which brings out the beauty of wood, This experience showed me and my wife this is a great company so we purchased our kitchen and after 8 weeks we had it installed and looked amazing. Worst experience EVER. The paint was peeling on my cabinet doors, they took them away and PROMISED I would have then back by the end of the week. 3 MONTHS LATER I got them reinstalled and they were even worse than before....it was clear they just sprayed paint ON TOP of the peeling paint. Now it's been almost 2 WEEKS since I have heard back after sending pictures. I asked if Bill Dart was ignoring me "No, I'm not in the office-I sent the pictures to service" Ok....so now what's the issue? Overall they are not good quality and I hope they go out of business if this is how they are going to treat their clients!!! read more

We live in a rural area and they were willing to come out and help us design a beautiful kitchen and make recommendations that we would have never thought of. Their staff was very professional and installation took place as indicated in our contract. We would highly recommend them . I just redid my kitchen, and i had my cabinets done by Delton, they took me for a tour inside their showroom and inside the shop and it was a pleasant walk through, everyone was so generous and very educative and i really liked how the process came along in and out. and their cabinets were done at a very high level very strong.
