Worst website/SEO company I've worked with:…read more This company was presented as a "promising" option for web hosting and SEO, but my experience was extremely disappointing. After almost a full year, the return on investment was ZERO. None of the results they promised were ever put in writing, and no measurable improvements were delivered. The only thing they consistently managed was collecting their fees. It felt like empty promises with no accountability, all wrapped in a contract that offers no easy exit for the client. I would strongly caution others to look elsewhere and get everything in writing before committing.

It's quite challenging to sort through all the data that's out there--and even more challenging to write one's own ad copy. It's also not easy to find a good web person whose prices are in-line with what a self-employed therapist can afford. When I saw Tim's website, I knew I had the right guy. He did not disappoint. 1. I could tell he knew how to DO what I wanted to do: namely, communicate what I offer, so that it speaks to the needs and concerns of the SPECIFIC kinds of people I want to reach. 2. I could also tell, when I first met with him, that he appreciated both what I offer as a professional as well as my understanding of marketing and my writing skills. 3. He was able to help me get more crisp and impacting in my message--and clearer about my target market: my preferred customer(s). His feedback was always direct, respectful, and backed-up by his experience--making it easy to follow. 4. He also helped me find images and photos that would SHOW what I wanted to say--adding a ton more emotion than by just talking about it 5. He showed me exactly how I can maintain and improve my own site over time. 6. Finally, he created what I think is a thing of beauty. Don't you agree? You can see my site at: www.partners4wellbeing.com. In summary, I have to say Tim lives up to his tagline about being a web designer who is also a marketing consultant. You really do get "two for the price of one," which I think makes Tim the best deal in town. Don Ross, LMFT www.partners4wellbeing.com
