Rented a 7-passenger van for 5 days. Greeted by a courteous and professional rep (Chris) and was driving in less than 10 minutes. He was very efficient yet, detailed to ensure I have all coverages as required and the rate was as negotiated. The return was superb (did not get a chance to catch the name of the Rep) but he was equally proficient and professional. Would not hesitate to rent again at this location. read more

I will absolutely not use this car rental again. I left a hammer, crowbar and shop vac hose in the trunk of the car, I recieved no call. When I called about these items they had my hammer but the other items were no where to be found. Their so called family run company is allowed to steal your items if left in the car. I don't care if they aren't responsible for items left in the car because isn't stealing wrong? Nice family business or should I say a family of thieves. I called head office and was told that I'd recieve a call to clear this up, haven't heard a thing from anyone. I had the pleasure of renting from this location today. It was super busy due to the holidays but Shannon, Caitlyn and the young Sri Lankan driver (sorry forgot your name dude) did a great job of smiling through all the craziness and maintaining their high level of customer service. I traveled weekly for 15 years all around the US and Canada and this location was as good as any location I visited during those years. Well done everyone! read more

I would highly recommend AVOID going to this place after the poor treatment that they gave to the gentleman who I'm writing this review for (he's in his mid 60s). They charged him $69 more than what they told him the price would be and tried doing it three times. He went in and only after being laughed at and given horrible customer service did they refund the money (he had to tell them he would call the police if they did not) he had proof of their wrong doing with the documents he had so ultimately they had to. I'm beyond disgusted that they would do this I highly recommend not going here. read more
