I've rented from other places but this is the best: the people are the nicest, the car selection is great. I haven't had any problems with them, except for the usual system glitch, e.g. I wanted to use my "free weekend" but the system wouldn't recognize my eligibility, but even so they always listen to your explanation and claim responsibility when it's their fault. I have a car now so won't be using their services anymore, so the least I could do is review them. LOL

I particularly like that they have a drop box for the keys when you are done with your car. Unlike other car rental locations - there has never been a huge wait to pickup / drop off the car and these guys don't nickel and dime you or upsell at every opportunity. It's nice to deal with a family run business that's straightforward. I've recommended bristol to others looking for a car rental in the city.

The customer service representatives are fairly friendly and get you what you need quickly without hesitation. I got my moving truck rather fast and the paperwork did not take long to fill out. I did get a bit of leeway when I returned the truck at the end of the day and they weren't too strict about it coming back exactly on time. Everything went smooth and I would try these guys again.

Fortunately, they offered me an SUV but at an added cost - they asked for $8/day extra and we settled on $4. The rent was overall good, except that it said an oil change and maintenance was needed on the speedometer computer dash, which I found was a little alarming. The car was amazing on gas and I found it to be semi-luxurious. (Sunroof, moonroof, GPS) pretty clean for the most part, except there were smudges on the windshield when I first got it, I feel like it should've been washed, considering they have a wash in enterprise but for the lack of all this, they made up for it in customer service. Going through so much, enterprise did promise to pick me up and did. They literally made sure I was happy to the best of their ability, or tried to at least... and I was on my way with a rental car pretty quickly. Dropping off the car, they also drove me home! That's service! 4/5
