I love enterprise car rental professional services. Worth your money I love the Service and the people who work there.

Perfect for Portland airport (closer would be expensive, and they can pick you up!) As it's been said, "Those guys at Westbrook truck department are phenomenal." They made me feel like family while remaining professional and able to take care of me. It really seemed like they took good service as a personal goal. Tony was cool (they all were), went the distance and showed wishes for the well-being of people in general. Samir and Basil were very friendly without being fake. Tom (I think was his name?) was extremely good with me, and authentic. Whoever hires these folks has good taste in people. A few things for renters. The insurance policy is expensive but would have paid for itself in my case. If you don't feel comfortable driving a truck, get instructions. I wasn't aware while making turns that I was much longer, and popped a tire. Most people have trouble with overhead clearance if they have trouble at all, so keep that in mind when deciding on buying insurance, maybe just for the first day, while you get used to it, if they let you. There are videos available for checking the trucks (for buyers), and I recommend Enterprise make videos available for how to maneuver them and judge clearance, etc, because they are not cars. "Use caution" when approaching a low power line at 50 mph was not sufficient information to keep me from getting stressed, but that's just me. If they had told me the DOT requires clearance to be posted, it might have helped, but low branches were an issue. Maybe they could have a post or eye-gauge at their driveway to give a reference for how high 11 feet is, so we don't have to just cross our fingers when ducking under trees. Still, for what they are, the trucks are relatively easy to drive. I had to change my plans driving in Acadia because the route had insufficient clearance. Oh: gas. Be aware of low gas mileage for trucks. I paid a lot for gas. If they don't have a model available that suits your needs, maybe go elsewhere. So take time to make sure your questions are answered. They want you to feel comfortable and have a good experience, so let them help you. read more

Rented several vehicles from ENTERPRISE always had top-notch service ! I Rented from the airport Adrienne Took care of me as I rented a vehicle for a couple days had to extend the vehicle daily adrienne had given me her business card with her email address. I emailed her for convenience for myself, I explained that I needed the vehicle longer she told me not to worry about it for me to take my time. She was professional and extremely helpful. I highly recommend renting through the airport. They are nothing but friendly accommodating ! Their vehicles are extremely clean. Most of them are just about brand new ! 5 star is an understatement! Also rented from Westbrook I believe he was the manager. His name was Adam. He was just as nice as adrienne, As I rented the vehicle last minute. They were closing with in 45 minutes. I got there 10 minutes before closing the car was running for me as it was snowing out .. they went above and beyond to have it all warmed up and ready to go for me! Extremely nice of him to make sure that I didn't have to do anything but put it in Drive. Thanks again Adam for your outstanding service ! Another time I rented a vehicle from Portland marginalWay had to get a truck this time just for a day . Elizabeth hooked up within the hour because I'm always last minute ! She had just what I needed the truck was immaculate full tank of gas. Returned it the next morning, left the keys in it and went on my way smooth as could be ! We rented a car and upon leaving the location, we noticed there was a icon the screen and thought it was normal, the third day, we called because I looked up the icon, thinking it as just low air in the tires but after looking up the codes icons, it was the Star/Stop Warning, we called and were told to return the car and they would give us another car. Got the car, put on the temperature control, and was hit with a moldy smell. Apon returning the car we commented about having to return the first vehicle and then then, the bad smell in the second car and the reprehensive ask "Oh, Sorry About that." There was no offer to comp us for the inconvenience of returning the first vehicle or enduring the odor of the second car. When we checked out checking account, we discovered that we had three different charges on our account- one was for the entire bill for a week, the other was for a one-day extension, (while on the phone, I changed the request for one day to be change to two day), the third charge was for two days rental. They were all pending, we again when into the location to request an explanation for all the charges. To say I was not pleased would be an understatement. I will not use Enterprise again. My Daughter works for another Rental Car Service, and she said that we would have been compensated for the inconvenience of returning the first car and again because of the order of the second vehicle. read more

Rented a car while mine was being fixed, picked it up no issues drove away but couldn't get any heat. Let it warm up for 10 minutes still no heat! Took it back they got the heat to work so I left the rental location again. Not even 5 minutes down the road I had no heat again! Turned around and went back asking for a different car with heat. One lady went out and stated that the air conditioning button was lit up but the other worker stated it was not on. They got me a different car that had heat, but was not clean, stinks like wet dog! I rented a van for my daughter's best friend's bachelorette celebration. I shopped around and found that Enterprise offered the best rate, plus they had vans available the date I needed. I stopped by a couple of weeks before I needed the van. I could have called, however decided to stop by instead. The sales person at the counter was very friendly and reviewed all the terms and options with me. I needed the van on a Friday night and, because they were not open on Saturday when I needed to return the van, I could simply return the van and drip the the key in the return box. I did order the extra insurance, but because I wanted it, not because I was pressured in to it. I picked up the van, took my daughter's best friend's wedding party all over the city of Portland and returned the van the very next morning. No problems at all. So, I highly recommend Enterprise for all of tour car or van rental needs. read more

We had to rent a car since my son slid off the road during an ice storm and our car was towed to a local collision shop. It needed about 8 days of parts order and then time for the labor. Liberty Mutual booked our rental car right away with ENTERPRISE in Westbrook. We went over the next day. They had us hooked up with a car right away and had all the information from the insurance company. We did not have to wait. Nice 4 door car. Excellent service. WE had the car for 10 days. Nice and smooth. Just what you need for an unexpected loss of vehicle use. The young man who took care of us was polite and helped us understand the process but made it simple. We really appreciate the great service we got from Enterprise. No hassles! Great since it was a hassle not to have a 3rd car in our family!
