    I just returned the car yesterday that I rented and I've rented from here a number of times and I just wanna give a call out to Kevin Boyd! 5 stars! Thank you so much for honestly being patient and helping me so diligently. I've always had really great service here, but he definitely went above and beyond when I return the car and help me switch out credit cards even though I made it more complicated than it needed to be. But just wanted to give him a quick shout and say thank you so much for giving me great customer experience and I definitely will be back. I grabbed his card on the way out to make sure I could leave a review!

    Rented a passenger van for a group trip. Holy crap, didn't realize I was renting from Rent A Wreck. Picked up the van just before they closed. Staff walked us out to vehicle and said no chance to change vehicles, and that credit card was already charged. Chevy Express with 100,000 miles. Outside beat to crap. Inside interior torn and dirty. Gas tank on empty. Carpets filthy. It rattled like crazy, wind leaked around windows. Floated all over the road, brakes took both feet to push down on the brake pedal. Ugly, unsafe, staff didn't care.

    Cameron King. Is manager at enterprise car rental...valencia California....dodge dealer called to rent a car. I have all Proper paperwork from DMV and my license but he wouldn't rent the car to me. He also called the dealer made sure even if I went back with my wife he wouldn't rent me a car that's the kind of manager you have. Person should solve your problems is giving you more problems. I don't know how enterprise put him up as a manager. I think he's tired of his job I think another person who deserves the position should be in that position as a manager not him. I'm not the best person when it comes to opening my mouth. But you? Know what they're there to solve your problem. Not giving you more problem.

A couple years ago, I reserved an 8-passenger van online for a family cheerleading competition trip. When I arrived, they told me they had no vans available despite my confirmed reservation. We were put in an impossible situation and had no choice but to squeeze our large family into a small 2-row SUV just to make the trip work. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again today. I reserved a full-size truck THREE WEEKS ago. When I arrived to pick it up, there were seven people in line and only one employee working the counter. What made the wait especially frustrating was that the employee spent an excessive amount of time upselling additional services while the lobby filled with increasingly frustrated customers. It took 36 minutes just to process a single customer ahead of me. After waiting nearly two hours, I finally got to the counter only to be told: "We don't have trucks. We haven't had a truck in a long time." I was honestly confused and asked what I was supposed to do since I had a confirmed reservation and was there to pick up my rental. The response I received was: "I know, but it's a bad model and this happens all the time." No apology. No attempt to help. No alternative solution. Nothing. At that point, I told them to cancel the reservation and walked out. What is the point of allowing customers to reserve vehicles weeks in advance if the location already knows they don't even carry that type of vehicle regularly? This location demonstrates a complete lack of customer service and operational accountability. Going forward, I would rather drive to the airport and back than ever rent from this location again.

Costco/Budget had lowest rates and was a drop-off at other location. 2. Got the vehicle I requested. 3. The vehicle was problem-free! 4. Jose at Budget was polite, easy to work with. Then they said it would be a Kia compact. Then finally a Hyundai Sonata -- which, by the way, is a midsize car by every manufacturer definition. Yet they insisted, smugly and incorrectly, that it was a full-size vehicle. To make matters worse, they marked the car as picked up before I signed anything or received any keys. I told them I didn't want the car, and they couldn't figure out how to undo their mistake. I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with Budget's customer service -- standing there in front of them -- having to play middleman between corporate and the utterly clueless staff at the desk. No one knew how to issue a refund. No one took responsibility. The whole experience was chaotic, dishonest, and a complete waste of time. Avoid this location at all costs. If you value your sanity, do not book with Budget in Santa Clarita.

    I recently had to move to Omaha, Nebrask from Santa Clarita, California and I needed a large…read morevehicle to move several boxes for my relocation efforts. I thought the Chrysler Pacifica would be reliable enough for the over 1500 mile trip. It wasn't. After my son had flown in from Nebraska to help me pack the first vehicle, as I had rented the car Wednesday,April 22 to meet his expectation and HIS work schedule. I thought I was on my way. I was scheduled to leave the early morning of April 27th but had car starting issues the night of April 25th, which was a Saturday night. What Enterprise doesn't know is that I used my own AAA to start the car and perform a diagnostic. We knew, for a fact the battery was bad and the FOB needed a new battery. Even the AAA Tech said, 'Why did they give you this car? It's a 2023!" It also had that smell of sulphur/rotten eggs that is associated with a vehicle being grounded; therefore not serviced for road readiness. Mind you, everything is packed and assumed ready to go and room for a few more boxes and the cats would have a place to be comfortable. Sunday, the 26the came, and the car wouldn't start. So I called Enterprise!. You know they always grin and say, "If you have any problems just call us!". They sent their AAA tech this time, he got it started, and he told me to be sure everything is closed up because the battery will drain....well duh! What he didn't know is that I already made sure of that as well as the car having an indicator of any doors left open when trying to engage the alarm. Also, I should have been able to hold the FOB to the ignition and pressed the brake, the car should have started if the battery cells were healthy for the configuration. So I got the car back to Enterprise, the manager advised of the recalls and did mention the car had been sitting, I asked him, 'How often do you all change the FOB batteries?" He said, "Every 3 or 4 months". Which made no sense for a car that has been grounded. I think he lied. I think he spoke too much that day. The packages for moving. Okay, so they seem to have wanted to provide an image of helpfulness by tossing my items from one van to the next in a hap-hazard manner. When I got home, with the other raggedy van, but at least it started. I had to get all the boxes out again, get help with restacking as I had the initial van, so that I could see behind me and complete the few boxes I had left to load and mimick the work my son had done in the first place!. This took several hours because I had to find someone to help me. My son was already gone! I was delayed by a day. The little girl calls me, with her sing songy voice and expresses to me that I would be charged for the Roadside, that I didn't have the right amount of gas in the death trap of a vehicle, which I did and she ask was there anything else? I informed her that the AES light kept coming on, that's in relation to the braking system and the 'Service Required' warning light kept coming on. Never ever will I trust Enterprise, Valencia for anything!...I have used them several times over the years, even in work and travel using other sites. Honestly, I don't think I should have been charged for that extra day due to car mal-function delay. It's not sitting well at all.
