Worst place ever ... when you book online a car and send the papers and payment before you expect…read morethem to have your car ready when you come pick it up ( at the time you made the appointment). But not in this place, in this place they have one guy, and you need to wait in line. We had to come pick up the car at 10 am, that was the time we set online to pick up the car and we had everything prepaid. But when we arrived, there were some clients .. the only employee in hertz was talking them through ALL the cars and services they had... while I was patiently waiting. After 15 minutes I had to interrupt them and tell them that I just came to pick up a car and that I only need the keys because they already had all the necessary papiers, I had sent them to them one week before... after one hour he finally decided to go search the car ... I'm telling you, if you have plans, book the car 2 hours before you need to use the car ... because if you think they will ever be on time .. you are dreaming. This place is a nightmare.

The guy behind the counter whose name was supposedly Hudson had a terrible attitude as soon as I walked in, said they had no sedans left to rent even though the reservation had been booked the night before, and was sulky the whole way through the process. If I hadn't rented from other Budget Car Rentals, this would have prevented me from ever renting from Budget again. But having been to other locations, I know this location is far, far from the norm. They are the most trustworthy mechanics I have ever met. They tell me what's wrong with my car and then tell me what needs to be done right away and what can wait. And I absolutely love that. Also there has been a review that was deleted from a friend of mine and so I thought that it needed to be heard as well "I'm a local pastor and a a 20 year + customer of Andy's Auto. I was shocked by one of the reviews I saw in Yelp, and I'm disagreeing totally. Andy and Grant are truly honest, they work with you, they don't recommend unnecessary work, and they always go the extra mile. I have recommended them often, and everyone I've sent there has become a regular customer for the same reasons. I don't go online to write reviews very often, but I really believe the previous review was a wrong that needed to be challenged."

I rented a 40-person party bus from Ricky last weekend and it was a GREAT experience. I'm already…read moretrying to find another reason to work with him! The driver was punctual and the bus was awesome. The 40-person bus featured a wet bar with ice, perfect for storing drinks during the ride. Music was controlled up front by the driver -- but he was more than happy to put in a CD or attach the AUX cord to an iPhone. There were different colored lights, like you can see in the photo, and bench setting around the sides, as well as space to stand. Ricky was really great to work with. We talked on the phone several times and exchanged text messages. He was always available and always helpful. Coordinating a party bus for 40 people can be a stressful experience -- but he made it painless for me. I really appreciated his help and guidance throughout it all. I definitely recommend Orlando Party Bus -- and I plan to use them again soon.

Some of this review is 100% true, what definitely happened, some other parts I am just speculating…read more I hope I'm wrong on the parts I'm speculating with, but in case I'm not, I think leaving this review may be helpful to others. We booked a Party Bus for 30+ kids a month out from Prom. The price was good and everything seemed fine. The night before the prom, we were called and told the bus had been in a bad accident (hit by a drunk driver was the claim), and may not be available, but we were quickly told we could get our money back. (That seemed an odd thing to emphasize, of course we could get our money back on payment for a service that wasn't given.) Also, we were told they had good contacts with other companies in the area and could help us find a replacement if necessary. To shorten up a long and frustrating day, it was very tough to talk with someone and to get a final word on the condition of their bus, and they did nothing to help us find another company. We did manage to put together something for the kids, but not with any help from the Party Bus. A number of the other companies we called told us the likely true story was that they had found someone else they could rent the bus to for a higher price than we paid, so they canceled on us. This is my biggest speculation in this review, and I hope it's not true, but it would line up with our experience. I asked the Party Bus for a number of the police report from the accident, and they told me they weren't sure if a police report had been filed. We did eventually get our money back, but it took two weeks and us filing a dispute with our credit card company. During this time, the Party Bus told us our charge had been credited, but our credit card company told me they didn't have anything on their end and I should dispute the charges. I don't know what really happened here, but after our experience I wasn't inclined to believe much of what they said. We have had excellent experiences with other transportation companies in town, but this experience was horrible!
