We ran late picking up the rental on a Saturday and the manager, Darrin, was very easy to deal with and made us feel welcomed. The vehicle was running and warmed up ready to go. Along the trip we had an oil change indicator come up and when I called the location, they gave me a few options to utilize. When we came to drop off the vehicle they were very easy to deal with and again, made us feel welcomed. It was obvious that the location was busy and there seemed limited staff. However both experiences felt personal, and we were treated very well. I will definitely rent vehicles from this location in the future. We rented the vehicle for 6 days and travelled to BC and back. Rented a car, I felt the customer service was good so for that reason I am giving 2 stars and not 1. However we did the walk around, as you do, saw little to no damage. As I drove off I noticed a very small crack on the windshield right where the dash meets the windshield. I should have stopped and immediately turned around to have enterprise document this but was in a rush so I didn't. During the cold snap at the beginning of March, I started the car and had the heater on the windshield which cause the crack to go more than half way up the windshield. Now I am on the hook for 100% of the windshield repair. Absolutely ridiculous,, from a crack so tiny it wasn't visible from out side the car to this company needing $350+ to completely replace this windshield.. funny the car o had before this from enterprise was cracked before I got it. But I'll bet they 100% charged the person before me full price for replacement as well. Just obscene charge. As well when I think about it, it's very likely this crack was made upon installation as it was so fine and right at the attachment of the glass. read more

There's an employee here by the name of Albert (easy to remember, because he's "Albert from St. Albert"!) who is absolutely fantastic. Every now and then you come across somebody and you think "man... he was made for that job" and that was Albert. Unfortunately, my mom was in a pretty nasty car accident yesterday. Luckily she is doing good, but her car is totaled. Her insurance company set up the rental - to be honest, I didn't even realize we had an Enterprise out in St. Albert. It's tucked away deep in the Campbell Business Park. They were busy when we walked in, but we had a seat and waited. Once they were ready for us, Albert helped us out and got us all set up with a great little car for her. He was extremely thorough with the walk through and explained everything clearly. After a pretty hectic day of dealing with not only this car accident, but also a plumbing emergency at home, we were getting pretty tired. Thanks to the staff at Enterprise in Campbell Business Park, St. Albert who helped me today with the vehicle exchange, much appreciated. I do not remember your names but I will remember your professionalism and service. Driving a 2019 Volkswagen Jetta since Tuesday Nov 12 2019 had to take it back in Saturday Nov 16 2019 because the keyless remote batteries were showing low battery need to be replaced. The dealership does that not the rental company. So they gave me a 2019 Kia Forte not a bad little car comes with sunroof and other standard safety features like lane assistance and rear collision avoidance. I had used this company through my insurance company when my truck was stolen. I had given them a deposit of $300 which they held onto for 6weeks after I returned the rental. Then six months later I received a call from a collection company claiming I had gotten a speeding ticket. When I asked for proof of this ticket I was told no. And the caller was extremely rude and hung up on me. He phoned back several times and I just wanted proof of the ticket which he refused to give. If this is how Enterprise treats there customers I will never use them again. I recommend looking elsewhere before every using this company. So now Enterprise wants to talk to me. When hey could have just contacted me when they received the ticket. Unfortunately the debt collection company made it clear that they are only doing what Enterprise wants they to do. So not showing the ticket is what Enterprise has asked them to do. Not sure why I have to pay for some without proof. read more

Late picking me up. Late filling my booking. Dirty car. Car STUNK of smoke. When they called to ask if I was pleased and I said I wasn't they said we could talk about it when the car was returned. Nothing was done. Find a different Enterprise or find a different car rental company. read more

Worst customer service ever. Lost our reservation then blames us for not getting a reservation number. Avoid this place

This location is in an industrial park on the east end of St. Albert, just north of service place. It is in a fairly new strip mall. The location is extremely clean and organized. I went here based on a recommendation. The staff are generally friendly and called ahead to check what type of vehicle I was wanting. They really should have been a five star review but the reason for three stars is that that the wait time for checking in was unusually long. I was acknowledged immediately upon arrival, my credit card and licence taken and was asked to take a seat. After a half hour of sitting I mentioned this to the an employee, who told me they would be with me soon, but had to add in a snarky tone that there were others ahead of me. I could obviously see that and only mentioned the long wait to him because I was thinking of calling my ride back to pick me up and ditch the rental thus freeing up a vehicle for someone else. I could have come back another day too. I didn't really need to be shut down. I was finally helped and the guy who helped was extremely apologetic and explained that it is always extra busy during that time of day. The vehicle was clean and excellent on gas. I decided that I didn't want to have a negative experience dropping off the vehicle (aka - a long wait) so I used the key drop off outside of the building, which I recommend to all. read more
