they made it pretty simple to rent from, and on the day to return the car i wasn't going to make it back til after they were closed after calling they did not make me pay for an extra day they kindly told me where and how to return the car. i extremely appreciate this considering when looking at their address on apple maps it says they wont accept cars after they close. everything has been smooth so far now i am just waiting for my deposit to be returned if i receive that will no complications i will be changing this from a 4 star review to a 5. Thank you enterprise. read more

After a wreck, I was annoyed obviously, but Enterprise eased the process. The rental procedure was quick and easy. I was picked up and dropped off at the repair shop by a friendly driver. When I realized my rental car smelled like an ash tray (previous renter clearly ignored the no smoking signs) it was replaced with no problem. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and pleasant. read more

We had a car reserved and no one explained that the car had to be picked up at an exact time. We thought we were reserving the car, not a time slot. The manager, Kendrick, was not helpful or apologetic about the lack of communication. Unfortunately, true customer service is a thing of the past. read more

I appreciated them picking me up from the collision center at Kia Slidell. The driver was very nice. The representative who checked he in was very nice, but when it got to the cars they had I was very disappointed. The cars were dirty inside and out. I went through a cars before I was able to get one that was halfway decent. The car was dirty as the others, but at that time I was very tired, so I took the car. I had to detail the car, it smelled, there was cat hair in the back seats, and the windows were dirty inside and out. I was very disappointed because I've rented cars from Enterprise before at other locations, have never had this problem before. Slidell Enterprise needs to improve there car care up to customers standards. read more

Car was dirty with visible spill on floor and dirty windows. No other cars available and we had to take what they had. Service was horrible. Rude to clients. read more

Great place to rent. Great customer service and great workers. Very good rental experience

Never have any cars when you need them and are terrible to work with. Even if you have an appointment they have no flexibility at all. Rent with another company. read more

Upon returning my rental to enterprise, they told me I could have kept it two more days, but I really didn't need it. While I was waiting a few minutes (about 8) for my husband to pick me up, they said they needed to start cleaning my rental and made me empty all of my luggage and conference materials out of my rental. Could this not have waited 10 minutes so my stuff didn't have to sit on the floor of enterprise? read more

I love this location so much! The services is so efficient I was out of there so quick! The car is well taken care of and clean. Big shoutout to Malik!!!!! read more

Had not rented in a couple of months so when I went back yesterday the service was wonderful. I had a lady by the name of Key Cobb and she was awesome. Got me the car I needed for my long rental. Will do business with again! read more

Renting in Slidell, LA before an event weekend in New Orleans, I waited around 45 minutes for a car. It was a no-charge upgrade to a larger vehicle because they didn't not have the one I had specified a few months back when we made a reservation. No problems with the car itself and it made our visit to the area much more enjoyable. One comment on the two keys that were wired together -- nobody had cutters that could separate the keys so I had to carry both of them around with me. This practice is inconvenient for the customer! read more

been coming here for years and customer service is going down will not come back to this location tells me a Rav4 and pulls up a mini van knowing I have never took a mini van from them and won't drive one old Management was way better these people could care less read more

Where is the 0 star option? The ABSOLUTE WORST IVE EVER EXPERIENCED AT THIS ENTERPRISE. I've been renting at this enterprise since 2009 (some of them new workers were problems still in high school) and I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM with a rental car until recently. RENTERS..Be careful when renting from this place, take plenty of pictures and make sure you DOCUMENT any problems with the car you're renting. The workers don't take pictures of the car for a REASON. It's your word against theirs. KEEP a paper trail to be ready to bring your claim to small claims court for SUIT if need be. This enterprise made false claims stating I damaged a car I INITIALLY COMPLAINED ABOUT. WHEN I STOOD UP FOR MYSELF, I was labeled the bad person (not that I cared). This was a clear example of a VICTIM STANDING UP FOR THEMSELF AGAINST A BULLY and when the VICTIM STRIKE BACK...THE VICTIM IS then LABLED as THE BAD PERSON. The ASST MANAGER BRITTANY HEATH never took the initiative to investigate because if she would have....she would have known, I WAS THE COMPLAINER. The Area Manager Melissa, was unconcerned about her employees let along the customer. Asst Manager, Maggie Oalman seemed concerned up until the end and then she finally grew some COURAGE. This place has gone down to the DUMPS and I could not be any happier TO NOT be able to GO BACK. They've lost probably one of the ONLY customers who would at minimum vacuum the car out prior to returning. They know who I am and will remember my name! read more

Worst experience ever! Firstly, I called two days in advance to reserve a full size truck. When I got there nothing like it was available. Second, when I recieved the vehicle it was at half a tank of gas and expecting to keep the vehicle longer I filled it up. Then the collision center that was repairing my full size truck called me several days early and when I returned the rental they refused to credit my credit card for the almost full tank. Thirdly, about two hours after returning it I realized I forgot my blanket that I take to dialysis with me in the back seat. After speaking to three employees and being on hold 25 minutes they tell me they don't have it! Now I'm stuck out what I wanted to drive, almost a half a tank of extra gas and my blanket. Never again will I do business with Enterprise again. I was ripped off! read more

BEST CAR RENTAL PLACE I'VE EVER USED. I rented a car a few weeks ago to drive to pick something up a few hours away. After I picked up the car and began heading to my destination, I was told that my item wasn't ready. I called Enterprise and they allowed me to return the car free of charge. I picked up another car the next day, no problems. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. They made it feel like they actually wanted my business. Each time I visited (for pickups/returns) the staff members held the door! So courteous. I recommend this location to anyone within driving distance. You won't regret it! read more

We were involved in an accident and enterprise was to meet us at the repair shop. They never showed and the repair shop had to take us to z hotel for the night. I AM VERY SNGRY ABOUT THAT. THEY LEFT US STRANDED. read more

Although I always rent from Enterprise, I was sorely disappointed with this rental. My husband arrived to pick up his car, which I had reserved 1 week ahead of time, only to discover it had a cracked windshield! He could either leave in that car or not leave at all. He chose to leave & had a miserable 900 mile drive to his destination. He did swap the car when he reached his destination & upon my complaint was awarded a discount upon his return but a cracked windshield? The car should have been pulled from rotation until it was repaired ... :( read more

We rent several times a year from this location. Last week I thought I had reserved a car for an Atlanta trip. When I arrived they had no record, however employee Angela had me in a car and out the door is under 15 min. I called corporate and extolled her virtues. Returning the car was a bit different. After dropping the car off a day early, I was called and informed that they had found "Pet hair" in the car and I was being charged for a "professional detailing" for said car, due to their NO PET policy. Yes I did pick up my Chihuahua from the doggy day care on the way into Slidell. Hmmmm couldn't find this policy in my contract. I offered to go have car detailed but they wouldn't let me drive said car unless I rented it again. Ok, rather than argue with a closed minded employee, (where is Angela when I need her), I opted to just leave and call the same corporate number I was given to extol Angela's awesome help. That was the ticket, regional corporate returned my call, I explained my situation. They were very understanding, said the no pet policy should have been explained upon rental and was no it was not included in the contract I was given. They immediately refunded my "professional detailing" charge. They also apologized for the rude behavior of "M" (and this isn't Morgan) stating they would have a conversation with him concerning his lack of home training. They get four stars for doing the right thing. Moral of the story, ask for Angela, read more

I have 5 charges from Enterprise in Slidell. I am in another state and have not used this location. They do not check ID. I had to change bank cards which is a huge problem. Im certain they were aware of this, most likely an employee because they entered the card 6 times and credited back 5 of them still charging my account $176.90. read more

My only saving grace at this location is Morgan. It took 2+ hrs to pick my car up on Monday And with 1 person in front of me for return, I was told itd take nearly 30 minutes. I've rented from this Enterprise location several times. Each time I've found the staff professional, responsive, friendly, and efficient. I've never had a problem with my reservations or the actual rental cars, and I've been more than pleased with the pricing. Want to publicly thank my Slidell, La. Enterprise Car Rental location. Great service guys, you actually listened to me when I wrote you about an inconvenience We had with a rental car 6 months ago. We again rented a car 3 weeks ago and again got great service even though my insurance policy couldn't be found by MY insurance companies corporate office! After a 30 minute wait the policy number was found by a different national agent. This was no fault of anyone at Enterprise yet they gave me a free upgrade to an SUV that was a joy to drive for 8 days! I will continue to rent from Enterprise in Slidell every 3 months for a week long trip to see my wife's doctor in Austin, Texas (averaging 1250 mile round trip). Thanks again Slidell Enterprise Management and Staff for making our "golden years" more enjoyable! Sincerely, David and Diana Martinez read more

Probably never gonna coming back here. Three forms of references when you're using a debit card ...?

A gentleman name C.J came out and helped us with our selection. We already dad a reservation but when brought the vehicle out and getting ready to sign, I guess he noticed my face (while wearing a mask) lol but I was concerned about how small the vehicle was because we were driving my daughter to college and her stuff needed to be stored in the back of the car. He asked me is this enough room, and I said I don't think so knowing they were out of vehicles. At this point I'm so nervous not to take the vehicle because it's al we have. But immediately said "oh, let me go and see what I can do for you" Immediately comes out with more keys to a bigger vehicle! Even chopped down the price to make it affordable for me and my husband because we purchased the vehicle protection! I am so thankful for customer service like this! He made all my worries go away! He didn't hesitate. He didn't say they were out of vehicles! He said " Let me see what I can do" AND fixed the problem that was my fault! Thank you C.J!!! I was so stressed about the car I was about to leave in and you delivered the best customer service! My daughter wants me to thank you as well because she was able to bring everything she wanted to college because of you! Thank you thank you thank you! read more

I understand not having a car for me on short notice without a reservation. It's a small lot, with only a few cars. What I don't understand is the unhelpful attitude of the young woman behind the counter. She was polite, but she knew nothing and wasn't willing to make a phone call to see if the Slidell store had anything available. She even went so far as to say that even if they did, they couldn't take me, which is absurd as that's one of Enterprise's mottos. After I found a ride home (which still didn't take care of my issues for the next few days), I overheard the other clerk telling someone that cars are coming back in shortly, and he could get one of those if he wanted to come back. That would have helpful information to have before I called for a ride from over an hour away. But like I said ... every question I asked was answered with "I don't know", without even an offer to check the computer. read more

I do a lot of business with different rental companies and the staff at this location friendly and helpful. Can't beat the service.

So i went to pick up a car for a week for a concert in Houston. The lady informed me all they had was a nissan so i said i can not be in a nissan they have the most uncomfortable seats and i just traded one in i had and that i have a bad back and the nissan i couldnt do the seats make me hurt more. She is like this is a newer 2017 and the seats were upgraded since your 2014. She insisted i rent the car and i would see and be extremely happy. I was to the point of leaving. So she like promised me i would be happy and the seats are very comfortable. Well needless to say the seats were the same as my 2014 i had. My back killed me the whole trip there and back. So i turned it in after the weekend and tried to explain to the guy why and what happened he didnt want to hear it. He wanted to get my money for the 3 days and get me out of there. Very disappointed with this experience. Never had an issue before or been lied to. I probably will use their competitor next time. Very disappoined customer and my back is still killing me !!! read more

The staff demonstrates the highest professionalism! I rent from Enterprise frequently and I am greeted with a smile, a warm welcome . . . and by name. They strive to meet my needs and when I am within listening distance, I hear them doing the same for other customers. Morgan, the manager, works extremely hard to make sure customers are satisfied. I can't remember a single time that I was disappointed by the service, the merchandise, the price, or anything else. Hannah Rucker read more
