I am glad I did because my experience with them went well and smooth, both in service staff and vehicle condition.Moreover Jose Pedro and Cristian at the service counter went well beyond my expectations due to the fact that I had to leave one of my suitcases at the airport because the POORLY TRAINED, LOWLIFE, IGNORANT, supervisor from VOLARIS IVAN MANRIQUEZ did not let me check in my baggage. These two gentlemen which they had nothing to do with my situation offered to store it while someone picks it up or even ship it to my house. After this wonderful and unique experience AVIS has gained my business from now on. Jose Pedro and Cristian really understand the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE. Once again, thank you, thank you. The one-way, cash-only cost was $130, which we felt was reasonable given the safety and comfort we wanted as first-time travelers to this part of Mexico. Our experience was without incident.
