They allowed us plenty of time to sight-see on our own, gave us detailed history on each landmark in Guanajuato and even gave us a generous amount of time to stop for dinner in San Miguel de Allende. My mother and I went on the tour knowing we had to be exactly back at the bus terminal at 7:30 pm. We let the tour guides (Gabriel Alcaraz who narrated the tour & Jose Luis who was our driver) know ahead of time of our time crunch and they were more than accommodating! The tour was kept at an easy pace but always mindful of the time. We of course made it to the terminal on time to catch our bus back to Guadalajara! Mom and I were so thankful they remembered and did their very best to help us out. Great customer service from Gabriel and Jose Luis. We will never forget their kindness! Fantastic tour!
