I had to figure out how to get back to Vegas where I live and there are wildfires in the area so a lot of the firefighters have rental cars in the area and it's not a populated area at all. He really went out of his way to help me and get me as quickly as possible because he had to drive me from Loa to Saint George. That is a four hour drive. They charged two dollars a mile. It ended up being $400. Well, he was helping me. He also helped two other ladies on short little trips that they needed help with I did not mind going on side quests with him. We stopped off at a gas station so I can get some road snacks and he asked me if he could go help the other lady and he was gone for about 10 minutes. While I was riding with him, he got a lot of different calls and he's so incredibly helpful. This area is so lucky to have him and I feel like he's just goes out of his way to be so helpful to people and I cannot say enough nice things about him. I will be using him again when I have to go pick up my car next week. I really feel like this was my best most economical option. I did look into Aaa and having my car towed from Loa to Vegas where I live and that would've definitely been $1000-1300. If I could even find a tow truck driver who would be able to help me in that area and a lot of times I have found you can't ride along with them. So anyway I picked the option that worked best for me.

So a part that was $90 and took 50 minutes to install, but charged me $365.70 for 2.5hrs of labor that didn't happen. Total bill was $519 for 50 minutes of labor and a $90 sensor. Small town customer service and honesty doesn't exist here. I will be taking my business to a place that understands the meaning of Integrity.

The service manager denied responsibility, stated not accountable, and denied my request for a copy of their service warranty. Not even an offer to look at my vehicle! We tried them around 3pm and needed an oil change for our Subaru Outback and a few hours later they were done and on our way...They even had a beautiful assistant travel to a neighboring town to get the right oil and filter. The price was fair and the two fine gentlemen even gave some local recommendations for food and a place to stay...The next time we are in southern Utah and need a hand with our finicky vehicle, will be calling Garrett again!! I called the tow shop up and they pick me & my 24" car trailer up with-in 30 minutes. I live almost 1,200 miles away in Springfield Nebraska. So I had to leave my truck with them to have a transmission put into it. They got the job done in less then a week. I rented a U-Haul van to pull my trailer back home with the wife at my side. I drove back down to get my truck with a friend by using a Enterprise one way rental car. My truck ran fantastic all the way back home the 1,200 miles. I even think it got better fuel mileage on the way back. So today I ordered them Pizza for lunch, I hope they like Domino's Pizza because Lotsa Motsa wasn't open. My wife and I were broken down, trying to get home to jersey. He took us in same day, worked from 11am to 10pm on our vehicle ON A FRIDAY, and another 5 hours of work the next day, SATURDAY of the memorial holiday weekend. Even offered to give us a place to shower and sleep. Gave me an educational experience, gave me advice. Shared about his town and his view on the world.
