I've been an Enterprise customer for 10 years and I have always found the staff and the service OUTSTANDING at both the Main Street and Westport Avenue facilities. As a lifelong civil rights activist, a former Equal Employment Opportunity enforcement authority for the federal government and a Latina, I am especially adept at detecting the merest whiff of discriminatory behavior particularly when the target is a person of color. In my observation, Enterprise's employment practices adhere to the highest standards for diversity in terms of race, gender, and sexual orientation. The well-trained staff are cordial, exceptionally thoughtful, efficient, and provide a caliber of service that consistently exceeds my best expectations. In a society that is quick to complain and slow to praise, a single, unfortunate experience reported by one unhappy customer should not be sufficient to undermine the reputation of an otherwise outstanding operation. read more

I hate the fact that online it says you can rent certain vehicles over a certain age then when you go in person they say they no longer can allow you to drive the vehicle and the online system is wrong. Why not just fix the online system so I don't get stuck in a tiny Toyota Corolla when I rent a pickup truck!! read more

The people who work here are great! Pleasant, helpful, informed. However, they are understaffed. There is aurally only one person working. But they always keep their head and give great service. I would recommend! read more

How about if you set up a rental for 12 PM you're actually opening at 12 PM when you get there and pick up your car ? No way sure the website will allow you to book a rental when you're closed. Second time is happening to me with your company. I'm not paying you this time and I'll never use you again. read more

Don't ever use this location. The staff is completely unprofessional and very rude. I went back to the Westport Ave location to dispute charges on my credit card- the manager just walked away. The clerk who originally helped me - was rude and completely argumentative .Here's the scam- they offer you a car at one price and charge you a different rate when you return the car. I normally wouldn't leave a review about a car rental but I feel this needs to be spoken about. On Saturday I went in to pick up my rental and it was clear that Brandy was extremely busy handling unpleasant customers. Brandy was kind, kept her calm and cool and truly did a wonderful job working through each and every problem / scenario she faced. The car I requested was not in and neither was the "backup car," she quickly found me another car that was better than both of the original ones we spoke about and she did a great job. I was fortunate enough to drive a beautiful BMW for the weekend and she was extremely accommodating in helping the rental paperwork go smoothly. I will absolutely come back. read more

Thank you Casey for making sure that my rental would be Mini van. I felt that it gave me more space than SUV. I got a customized customer service experience at the front desk. I dropped the car key off earlier because the representative was not there. I called later and Sal promised not to charge with my sister's credit card because I want to take care the rental bill. I started out renting from this location after I got into an accident with my car, but I've had to switch cars 3 times. I have to say the guys have been very nice about the two switches I made with them! The first car I got was way too tiny, so I swapped it for an SUV. Only problem with that one was that it had an expired inspection so I got ticketed while I was at work - had to trade the car because I didn't want it to happen again. Didn't like the next car at all, so they promised to keep an eye out for another car I wanted - they found it at another location for me after I asked. The customer service has been great - just bad luck with the cars! I do have to say it's nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone, but that's because they're busy and short staffed. Worst car rental experience ever! Dirty office; only 1 employee present from 8am to 9am so expect to wait at least 40 minutes to get in a car and then the car will be disgusting inside and outside. The branch manager has serious customer service issues as she feels all the above is just normal and if you dare saying something she will void your reservation and escort you out! At the end it was a blessing has our experience at Hertz a few minutes later was great. read more

The rental process was quick and easy but I felt rushed. The Mitsubishi u rented was an awful car. I wouldn't recommend one to anyone. I tried phoning the establishment a few times - no one answers the phone. I was told I would receive a ride once I returned the car- when I arrived mid day no one was there. They shut down the place and put a note on the door ti use the drop off box to return keys. I ended up parking the car- dropped the keys and walked to my auto body shop to pick up my car. Overall - not the best experience- certainly not the worst ... I would prob use them again. They should work on making improvements. Rentals are expensive and customer service isn't the best. read more

Horrible experience. Filthy vehicle, and corporate will screw you over. Was charged for a parking fee I didn't incur, at a 133% markup, and Enterprise makes it impossible to contest. Avoid this branch, and Enterprise, at all costs, unless you enjoy being taken advantage of--tragic that in today's world the best recourse against corporate power is to go a-raging into the darkness of social media. If I could give a zero I would. Customer service rude. Apparantly I, as the customer, was wrong to expect a car to be ready at 11am when I had booked it for 9am. Car was not filled with gas and had to be cleaned. Manager went so far as to suggest I was lying to him over type of vehicle I requested and the paperwork I needed to produce to rent. I'd rather walk that use this Enterprise location in future. read more

"There's nothing we can do." "As I said, there's nothing we can do." This is what our rep John said, 4 times, about the very dirty car he rented us over the holidays. We didn't notice how dirty it was till we got it out of their lot. He tried hard to upsell us to a BMW, so I guess no one at Enterprise cares about keeping the midrange cars clean. Dude, here's what you do; take the car to the carwash across the street . Or take a dry sponge to the car's exterior and then dry rag. DUH. Great car, but really?? You rent out dirty cars and don't care? Yes, we get it, there's nothing you can do. read more

David at Enterprise was very friendly, helpful and professional. At the last minute, we needed a Cargo Van for a business trip - which they didn't have, but they recommended a Town & Country Mini-van which worked out perfectly.
