Terrible experience. I had a 9:00 AM reservation and arrived at 8:45 AM but didn't receive a car until 10:45 AM, even though customers who arrived after me were served first. The vehicle I finally received was filthy, dented, scratched, smelled bad, and had nearly 50,000 miles. I returned the car a day early because I was so disappointed, but they refused to refund the unused day. When I dropped it off, the attendant even told me "we upgraded you." If that was the upgrade, I can only imagine what the regular cars look like. Very poor service and extremely disappointing experience. read more

I booked a car on 12/29 to pick up on 12/30 and return on 12/31. I received an email confirming my reservation and I planned to ride my bike to pick up the car the next day. I also checked-in online to make the pick up faster. The reason for the rental was to visit with my mom and take her to lunch while I was in Naples for the next few days. At 10:30 on the day I was due to pick up the vehicle I received a call from Denaria, the manager stating there are no vehicles available for my pick up at noon. No vehicles would be available until someone dropped one off, around 2pm. I received another call at noon and told there would be no vehicles available at all! I called Naples Car Rental who was extremely professional and able to provide a vehicle. It appears many of the Enterprise customers had to follow this same path. My main issue is the reservation was "confirmed" and Denaria did not call at 8am when the office opened! Beware there may be NO vehicles available even if you receive a confirmation!!! read more

Well, two times in a row within a week I had to lease a car because mine was in the body shop once and then at the dealership another time. The first vehicle was a Chevy traverse and they told me they had just cleaned it. I took it immediately to my car wash and spent an hour and 15 minutes cleaning crap out of the inside of the car and I even washed the exterior. The second event I leased a Chevy Tahoe, same thing back to the car wash clean and vacuum over to my house where my son and I spent an hour both of us detailing the interior vacuuming beach, sand food stuck candy to the carpet smudged windows. it was disgusting. Do yourself a favor and go to Hertz or Avis enterprise sucks and if you think I'm wrong in this, please let me know? read more

My husband reserved a full size car about two weeks for today. He went to Enterprise today to pick up the car and was told that they didn't have a full size car available and gave him a tiny compact Mitsubishi and would bring a full size car to our home as soon as one came in. He was never given registration or paperwork for the Mitsubishi. We never heard from Enterprise so my husband called the office. He was connected some fool who could only say "ooo, ooo" and refused to deliver the full size car. I highly suggest you find a better rental business as this one isn't any good. read more

I recently rented a car for 4 days from Enterprise at their Pine Ridge Naples Florida location. My experience was great. I wasn't kept waiting, and the staff was extremely helpful and professional. I do want to recognize one of the representatives by the name of Wycleff Phanor. He was very kind and patient. He made sure I was in a car that I was comfortable driving. He took the time to go over the car with me and all the procedures. The complete staff was experienced and communicated well. I would definitely rent again from this location. Made a direct reservation a month in advance. Confirmed with them. They called me the morning of the reservation and told me they had no cars of the type I reserved. One would think a reservation would "reserve" a car for your trip. Don't trust them. Poor logistics and planning begets poor results. I won't use them again. Surprisingly, I had a good experience at this location. I went to rent the car realized that the SUV wasn't big enough for the gifts I had gotten my grandkids. I spoke to one of the customer service representatives that kindly showed me two other vehicles in which one of them ended up to be the one I rented. When I had to return my car, I needed the car for another week. In the phone I was told I had to turn in the car but when I got there Another customer service representative took care of me, and kindly honored the same price that I had gotten off a third-party. I would recommend this place it is probably one of the best locations for customer service, at least for me. I will definitely if and when I have to Rent again go to this location. read more

Second time in the past three weeks that I have requested for a vehicle and whoever originally talks to you on the phone reassures you that you will get that vehicle. Upon pick up day they don't have the vehicle you're looking for and I have to call them to find that out an hour before. The place is a joke and should be reprimanded for false advertisement because they have no organization or communication skills to actually deliver what they promise. I rented a car to go to a ball room. the dress my daughter had on had glitter on it. the glitter got onto the seat and I went to return the car and they charged me $100 for detailing. They also had a lady waiting for hours and they told her they didn't have her car or her reservation. There were over 5 guys working there all doing nothing . THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Extremely rude, disrespectful, condescending Branch Rental Manager Amerson Medouard. Do not go to this location. When addressed the issue with the car, which in my opinion is dangerous to drive, became extremely agitated and hostile, almost kicked us out and started to scream. We had no choice, my son got extremely scared and anxious, it looked to him like Amerson was about to attack me. We spent an hour and a half waiting for our car to be ready and finally got it, we had no choice, but to take it. The car has a whole on the floor under the driver's foot and seems like the heel can easily slip through and get stuck, but the manager said it is fine and not dangerous at all. Take it or leave! I 'was' a 30 yr Enterprise customer until this last interaction when the 571 Airport Pulling Rd employee told me, when I thought I'd only need the car for a week - to rent that car for a month and it would be $280 for the MONTH. We talked about this like - wow - yes, $280 a month for that car. Sure - instead of my usual few days - week while my car is in the shop - make it the one month for $280. Well the girl made a mistake. She did charge me upfront for $280 (charged ignored and refused to discuss by local and corporate) and she also charged me for a daily rate upfront which drained my bank account and I didn't have enough money to pick up my car. I thought - well, I'll get the money back at the end of the month so I'll keep this car. They have done nothing but fast-talk me, ignore what I am saying, refuse to acknowledge their error. I'll never use Enterprise again. I hate them now. Fast talk. The customer is always wrong. Their motto should be - I'm afraid to take responsibility for my error because I'm afraid I'll get fired so I'll screw you. read more

When I arrived to pick up the car; Whit (the agent), told me that I had received a "free upgrade." I was given a Jeep SUV to drive. I have no idea why I was"upgraded," but the Jeep steered like a truck throughout my 8 hour (round trip) drive. The experience from the initial site location rental until we finally turned back in the rental the following day were less than the type of customer service that Enterprise would strive to achieve. Below are points to understand: 1. Online rental was for a luxury vehicle and paid a premium for rental. 2. When onsite no luxury rental available yet were charged the same amount; 3. When the person who initially did the online rental arrived at the location they were told they could not use a debit card (no knowledge of this information prior arriving to location) 4. I had to come and provide my credit card and put my daughter as an additional driver so that the rental could be completed; 5. The rental agent who handled the first part of the rental actually was overheard by us saying disparaging remarks about the inability to use a credit card and other inappropriate remarks; 6. Mileage was incorrect as well as gas usage when returned. We should have taken a picture of mileage as well as gas when leaving the location but had no idea we would need to correct the inaccurate information on rental receipt; 7. The person who actually needed the rental ended up just using my vehicle since there was no luxury vehicle available and we ended up receiving a neon lime green Mustang and this could not be taken to a professional meeting. I ended driving the Mustang around town for about an hour and that was the only time the rental vehicle was used. 8. Upon returning the vehicle we tried to engage the "on duty" shift manager to explain the challenges but due to the number of people standing around waiting for assistance he was not willing to listen to our concerns and make the situation right. 9. We requested contact information for either a regional or district manager from a young female agent assisting the duty manager and she flat out would not provide any contact information. I am positive this is NOT the type of customer service that Enterprise wants to provide. We would request that a regional manager/district manager contact us so that we can work together to resolve our challenges. If we can come to an agreeable solution I will be glad to go back onto social media and post to reflect that ultimately our issues were addressed appropriately. Thank you read more

I am so impressed with this Enterprise rental agency location. First I ended up with a mustang convertible because the only alternative was a mini-van or an SUV both of which are too big for me. Then Carissa came out with me to the car (it was after midnight) and made sure I understood how to operate it. Being a new car it had the keyless ignition and she wanted to make sure I knew to turn it off after parking. I was really grateful for the lesson. Then, I lost the key when returning the vehicle. Ian called and let me know that they found the key under the seat and I would be getting a credit for $250 which is what keys cost these days. Beemers are $800. What a great experience! We rented a car to travel to Tennessee. We had the car for a week and everything was great with the car we came back Sunday. here is where the problems start their parking lot was full and there was nowhere to park the car. We call the 800 number and asked what could we do?They told us that we could drop the car off at the Naples airport because Alamo and Enterprise work together we drop the car and call the next day to the office it turns out the information from the 800 number they provided was wrong and we got charged another $50 long story short don't rent from Enterprise and if you do make sure you get in writing where you can drop the car off with out being charged more money read more

Pros: Employees are great and deals are great. Cons: With $10/ day weekend rate there were not enough employees to cope with crowd so it took 45+ minutes standing in line to pick up reserved car and don't even think about "we pick you up". Talking to regulars in line, this is SOP so suggest new business plan. Although they volunteer to vacuum just returned car for you, one considers those still waiting and takes it "as is". Plus with all that they are independent to close at noon on Saturdays and not open on Sundays. Bottom line, the Spirit Airlines of the cr rental business- good deals have a price you don't see. read more

We visited family and I rented a car for 3 weeks. The staff people were great young people, courteous, apologetic for the issues, and gave me a special rate for the inconvenience but I leave this mediocre review more so for the owner whomever that is, that they can be aware they need to get it together and stock a lot more cars for this location. I made my reservation 2 weeks in advance, only to be told when I arrive they had no car for me. They offered me a minivan, which nobody wants to drive unless they have to for a large family so uh, no. Then while I'm talking to them an available car was given to a woman who from what I overheard, was a walk-in and didn't have a reservation in advance. Then I was offered a Jeep that as they said, was at the shop up the road getting an oil change. I accepted that car. It worked out okay for us to the most part, but the entire time we had it, the car beeped when I turned it on saying "needs oil change" so it does not seem the car got the servicing it required. The car also started giving me alerts about slow leaks in the tires and I brought it to the full service station to look at that a couple times. For which this Enterprise gave me a day's rate off, and I really appreciate it. But again, I did want to leave the honest review because we don't live in a world without consequences, or we shouldn't. The day I picked up the car several people walked in and this location was really struggling to find cars and in August, not in high season. I did not have any of these issues at all previously with another rental car company last summer. read more
