I was originally quoted $1,640 for my repairs needed on my car by Midtown. After involving my…read morewarranty, the price jumped to over $3,000. That alone seemed sketchy to me, but I was told this was because OEM parts were being used, and higher labor rates than what a warranty would pay. After work was completed my invoice reflected this. Shortly after the repair, my car developed issues. A second opinion and my warranty company, both indicated that aftermarket parts appeared to have been installed. When I brought this back to the shop, I received conflicting explanations that didn't line up with what I was originally told. When asking why I was told the issue was due to a vendor supplying the wrong parts that they believed were OEM parts & that they went through a third party vendor rather than going to the OEM dealer due to some kind of warranty the OEM dealer didn't offer them (I was not informed of any of this or any additional warranty info during installation.) Prior to picking up my car I requested this explanation in writing. Upon pickup I was initially given an invoice that read "previously installed OEM parts" still... After everything that was discussed. When I then asked that statement to be corrected on paper they did, but why put that there wrong to begin with? Midtown did take the car back to address the issue without push back, but the lack of consistency and transparency was extremely concerning to me. Even though they did fix the situation, by installing the OEM parts I do not have warm fuzzies. It was beyond stressful and frustrating. I absolutely hate that here I am trying to stay local and put money back into MOCO by going small business and in return losing all trust. Do better.

We had to get the entire front end and steering fixed less than a month later, and a month after that the engine went out. We tried calling on multiple occasions and never got a phone call back. Once we got the engine replaced, the mechanic noticed that bolts and parts had been removed. After the engine was installed, we found out the transmission was completely shot too. At this point we had invested so much we had no choice but to fix it. Long story short we have put 9,000 back into a truck that we paid $7,000 cash for. The man who owns this business is a complete crook. This will not be the last you hear from us. Please save yourself the grief and money and do not buy from them under any circumstances. This car wash looks like a nice car wash from the outside. It has a long cleaning bay and a lot of…read morespaces to vacuum your car. It looks like it would be a great spot for a car wash. However, that is not the case. I paid for the best wash they had. It was $30. When I went here, there was an employee standing at the gate where you enter. He told me to make sure that I tell them to spray bug remover on my car to get the bugs off of the bumper. Although it was a nice gesture, you would think that would be an automatic thing since I am at a car wash. Also, your car moves so fast through the car wash, it does not do a proper cleaning. Then at the end of the wash the buffer wheel never even came down to buff the car, it just started spinning and stayed up. When I got to one of the vacuum spaces, I looked over my car. It still had dirt and grime all over the car and windows. I would attribute this to the car going through so fast. I also could still see where the bugs were on my car even though the bugs were gone. Also my car seems to have soap scum all over it now. Overall even though the employees were polite and professional, the actual quality of the car wash was extremely sub par. This place has some potential but only if they get this car wash to properly clean the exteriors of cars. As of right now I would say go elsewhere. The price is not worth the quality. I will go here again to give it another chance and possibly update this review but that will not be for a while.

Long tunnel but you go through so fast. Van came out still covered in dirt I had to hand clean. And…read moreit wasn't even super dirty to begin with, Just normal driving dirt. Didn't rinse off all the way, soap was dripping down the back. And was still very wet. So I guess they technically sprayed soap. Didn't do anything though. All of that I attest to the speed run through the tunnel lol. Not enough cleaning supplies by the vacuums. There was 1 cleaning station with 2 bottles for 4 cars. So I just didn't get to clean the inside because there were 2 ladies waiting for the cleaner ahead of me. And the vacuums on the right side of the car only had the crevice tool. So I basically paid over $20 to very quickly spray a little water on the car lol Won't be back. I'm still on the hunt for a decent car wash.
