Unfortunately, I have to give the Enterprise Moncks Corner location 1 star based on how my GEICO rental was handled. What makes this especially disappointing is that I rent from Enterprise and National regularly and have never had an experience like this. On August 31, a representative called and told me an additional payment was needed. I explained that I had previously been told I was covered for seven days. During that conversation, I was told she would look into the situation and call me back. I never received that callback. Instead, I discovered that my card had been charged for an additional two days without my authorization. For me, this isn't simply about the money. It's about communication and trust. If I had been told that my card was going to be charged, I could have asked questions, discussed my options, or decided how I wanted to proceed. Instead, I was told I would receive a callback, and a charge was processed anyway. As a frequent Enterprise/National customer, I know the company is capable of providing much better service than what I experienced here. I will continue to use Enterprise and National because my experiences with other locations have been positive, but I personally will not rent from the Moncks Corner location again. I hope management takes the time to review what happened, address the charge, and ensure another customer doesn't have the same experience. read more

I rented a vehicle from here for a week long trip to Florida. We reserved a vehicle online which was very easy. When my wife and I arrived to pick it up, the employees were very polite and professional. The inside of this location was clean. They also had the rental cleaned and staged out front waiting for us to arrive. While doing the inspection of the rental, the employee helping us told us about a larger SUV rental that was just returned. He then offered us an upgrade which was at a cheaper rate than it would have been to rent the upgraded SUV out initially. So we took the upgrade. We will definitely rent from here again. read more

I had rented a vehicle from the Moncks Corner location. My vehicle ended up taking more than 60 days to be repaired. The enterprise employee Andrew was more than helpful. I am highly disappointed with my service with enterprise in moncks corner! First the store smelled like cat pee and mold when I went in earlier in the week to book it! I had to sit and wait for almost 45 minutes before anyone would even glance at me. The gentleman that helped me was nice and told me I could pick up the SUV I rented anytime on Friday! I called them first thing in the morning when they opened on Friday to pick up the vehicle and when I told them I needed it and was coming to get it, they told me that they would not have it ready due to it was not there. I was offered no type of apology or anything for my inconvenience of having to wait and delay my trip. Very unprofessional! Don't tell someone they can pick it up ANYTIME when they can not! The GM dealer in Moncks Corner has contract with this enterprise. Our truck will be in the shop for some time so they gave us a rental free of charge. Now I know why it was free of charge, it's smelled, the tires are bald, crack in the windshield, and holes in the seats . When we asked for a different vehicle, it was a Dodge pick up truck, through the GM said they had nothing available for days so far. Meanwhile we're paying a lot of money for gas, and praying that with all the rain he doesn't get into an accident with the bad tires . It's a shame that they let vehicles off the lot like this let alone , someone who their contracted through. If I had a contract it wouldn't be with this place if all their cars are like this. We wouldn't know because everything is unavailable. And by the way if you like pictures I have them. In response to your response, we got our vehicle at your enterprise through dicks Smith Chevrolet. Our contract is with them and GM. You've been contacted several times on our behalf for a different vehicle, none are available going on a week now. So you contact them and they will contact us ,if you do have another vehicle, hopefully it's in 10 times better shape than this piece of crap ! read more

Drew and his team (thanks Josh!) really took care of us--making sure we had the vehicle we wanted, with all the peace of mind we needed at the best possible price. We were able to take our long drive to San Antonio, TX without a worry in the world because Drew made sure I had his business card tucked into my wallet with instructions to call with ANY questions or problems. The convenience of being able to rent a 2019 vehicle just five minutes from home during a busy holiday week was amazing.
