The receptionist always knows where people are, even though several of the agents now work out of their home. They are unfailingly polite, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. I have worked recently with Diane Nickelatti, who did a perfect trip for me to Disney World and Universal Studios in April. It couldn't have been better. Today I worked once again with Sherry Westby who has helped me several times in the past. She is a true professional, and helped out our group of four, even though we didn't have an appointment. She saved us a ton of money, not to mention time. She suggested options that we didn't even consider. In the long run, it is much more economical to use a company like Travel Leaders, rather than try to plan this on our own. My husband and I are both pretty Internet savvy, but I can tell you that working with this office has saved me considerable time and money. They charge a nominal fee for booking tickets, but that is a drop in the bucket compared to the cost savings that they implement. KUDOS!

First room my friend and I were taken to was damp and moldy smelling. Asked for another room. It was better but damp and a bit smelly. Very old, dated furniture AND carpeting. Carpet was dirty, worn. No extra linens, no tissue, no extra toilet paper, tv didn't work properly, no coffeemaker in room as advertised. In breakfast area the larger coffee machine didn't work, nor did the juice dispenser. Food was not the greatest. Pool/hot tub were not available due to a fire; no repairs have been made.

They advertise having a pool and hot tub but neither were working during my stay. The worst part,…read morehowever, was them charging me $250 additional for supposed damage done to toilet in the room. They sent me photos and clearly this is rot and not caused by anyone. After several calls, they refuse to give me a refund. They offered to forward my issue to the manager but he is unavailable for several days. If you decide to stay here, I would suggest you take photos of the condition of the room so you have proof that you caused no damage. Should we really have to do that?????

I called ahead and the day we were arriving as we were running late, and the gal who answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful. As the campground had some flooding, she drew us out a map to help us get to our campsite, and left it in the kiosk on the side of the main building, which we were able to grab when we arrived. SO helpful! We were in a site right next to the shower houses which was super convenient. The showers are a pay-as-you-go option, so make sure you have quarters if you want a shower... one quarter gets you 5 minutes. The shower and bathroom floors were pretty cold, but as long as you have flip-flops or something, you'll be fine. We'll definitely stay here again.

The door of the microwave was broken (I didn't need it so I didn't care), and the motel is old enough that the coffeemaker, etc. were plugged into a power strip. The shower had been converted poorly with one of those drop-in setups, which meant there were small pieces of mortar on the floor of the tub. I had repeated problems with my key card, and the staff was very helpful with that. Room was functional and cheap, with windows that can be opened. Wifi was a bit slow but fine. This is right off the highway, so ask if you can get a room on the side further away if you're planning to turn in early or sleep in late. Conveniently located to the bike trail, a straight shot to downtown, and across from a seasonally open root beer/burger place, if you're staying here during the summer

Ew. This was the…read moresecond-most disgusting motel I have stayed in, in my entire life. The first was literally a crack house in Oakland, CA, with no fitted sheet on the stained bed and violent looking people hanging out in the parking lot. When we arrived in the moderately clean hotel room, with an obviously dirty pillow cover, the whole place smelled heavily like disgusting air freshener. My partner is allergic to these kinds of heavy fragrances, so we spent the first half hour of our stay attempting to clear out the smell, only to find that it covered the reeking smell of cigarette smoke in our non-smoking room. We spent a considerable amount of time considering whether it would be worth it to take a shower in the dirty bathroom to clean the filth of the room off in the morning. We decided it wasn't. Throughout the night people were awake and laughing uproariously in steady tones just outside our windo; we can only imagine there was drug-use involved. Of course, we had to keep the window open to prevent from choking on the stench of the room. The featured amenities of fridge, large television, microwave, ironing board, etc. seem only to serve people who are staying for a while, which, based on the people we were surrounded by, is problematic. When we woke up at 6:45 (after waking up all through the night) we got up and left quicker than we've ever left a place. This is despite the fact that we pulled in at 1:30am and got to bed at 2am. The man in the lobby was nice enough, but a nice demeanor is really no excuse for a disgusting motel. Please, unless you really need a deal, don't stay here. Pay the extra $40 and stay at the Super 8. You'll never know the misery you missed and, trust me, it's worth it.
