It was lovely inside fit with a cafe, endless televisions and friendly faces . I can't remember the gentleman's name who help me . Tall man, super friendly, he could probably deadlift any car on the lot if he wanted to. Lol I was given a Buick encore. Loved it. It was clean got and me around for 3 weeks. I did end up extending my rental agreement and it was a breeze. Went online and badda boom got it for an extra few days. Like I said I didn't want to give it back. I would definitely recommend using hertz again .

I am a frequent flyer, so I am always renting from many companies. I have used USAVE a few times and every time its sub bar to the rest of them and I fail to complain, but this last weekend I was in Tampa for the weekend, I wanted to surprise my wife with this great deal I found through Priceline. $20.0/ day, I had to prepay to get it which is fine. Of course, you don't know what you are going to get. Ok, First surprise, Its a Mitsubishi Mirage, very small car, lawn more engine, its fine. Second surprise, Oh you need to pay for the Toll, ok. Third surprise, You need to have the right coverage, I have full coverage on 3 cars, no one ever asked me to look at the declaration page, so of course the $20.00 / a day deal turned to $200.00. I was fuming, I wanted to cancel, Guess what? Forth surprise, you can't cancel. I told this young man (who was on a phone call the whole time he was talking to me with his ear buds on) I don't want this to turn salesy I need this and that, I looked at my wife standing outside and felt pressured to get a car since it took us 2 Ubers and $75.00 to get there, my mistake I thought it would be at the car rental building but it wasn't, and we drove from Brandon, FL where the hotel was. I am very upset by this type of customer service. This never happens with any other company I rent from. Very shady way of doing business. I will take this everywhere unless I hear from somebody. When we approached the counter we were told that our reserved vehicle was not available and was told we needed to go to a larger vehicle at an upcharge as well. I called customer services and they could care less. The employee that was helping, we asked to speak with a manager he said he was. I asked to speak to his boss and was told he is out of the country for a month??? Asked for his bosses boss and was told he didn't know who that was or was not able to get ahold of. I asked if there was an accident or catastrophic accident who would he call. He said no one he would just go home. Very poor service will never rent from them again. I have rented from them all over the world and this country.

I was offered a 2021 Nissan Altima base model. The car came with sanitary wipes and smelled a little funky like someone had smoked cigarettes in it at some point. All documents I signed to rent the car we're on a tablet and I didn't have to present valid insurance to take the car off the lot. I asked an employee for the vehicle's registration and was told a copy of my rental agreement would suffice. My agreement was sent to my email which listed the duration of my rental as three days. The employee I spoke to said this was standard practice and the collision center working on my car would update them and they would extend the amount of days despite me saying it would take them at least seven. This practice puts a lot of faith in the auto body shop to update Enterprise so, the customer doesn't face liability. Around the seventh day, Enterprise called me and stated they would appreciate it if I could stop by their office so they could put a 2022 license plate renewal tab on the license plate attached to the Altima. The plate had been renewed and was valid but had a 2021 sticker with the month I rented the car. When I stopped by Enterprise I told the employee I didn't appreciate this inconvenience and if the license plate had expired the driver could be ticketed for driving the vehicle. The employee said only Enterprise would be held liable but that's not true. Once the employee realized the plate was out of Maryland and she couldn't locate the renewal tab she moved me into a different Altima. This 2021 Altima was a more luxurious model with leather seats and had additional upgrades. I didn't have to fuel my old rental back up, signed the tablet again and left the lot. A few days later my vehicle was done being repaired despite Enterprise saying the information they received was it would be totaled. Enterprise allowed me to leave the Altima at Ferman Collision Center where my vehicle was being worked on. Enterprise came and picked up their car up and I had no further contact with them. I would recommend this Enterprise location to others but, I caution others to be weary of potential problems when entering into an agreement with them as with any private business.

I don't know why I was treated so pourly. Considering I have been having trouble with the last two vehicles I have had. I was explaining to her what I was going thru and she completely disregarded anything I said. I left the place in tears. My car is in the shop for a few weeks and I all I wanted was to be comfortable in a vehicle. I highly don't recommend going to this location, let alone the car company.. very disappointed. The first car I had was an electric mustang. The only vehicle they had available. Mind you I have never had an electric vehicle before so I was completely unsure how to charge it or operate it and I did not receive any assistance with that. The car had something wrong with it and I'm pretty sure they knew that already. I worked an overnight shift and came out to the car and it wouldn't even switch gears for me to drive it.. I waited 2 1/2 hours for a tow truck and when the tow truck got there, they couldn't even get in the parking garage to get me. I then had to wait for an Uber that I paid out-of-pocket for to drive me 30 minutes to the airport to get another vehicle. The second vehicle I received has an issue with one of the tires. I assumed that it was just low on pressure maybe because the weather change but after putting air in it multiple times I see that there is an issue with the tire. I have had the worst experience and all I wanted was to get a car that I would be comfortable in.

He also started a waiting list for people who need cars to evacuate and as the cars came in, all morning he personally called people on the list to help them get out. This gentleman went way above and beyond and state to get as many people as he could cars while he himself was facing another oncoming hurricane. Now THAT is great service!

Get to that location and no one is there and on voice mail. I rented a one way rental for one day only and they can't find a return location but they can charge me. Bought a vehicle from Pasco Auto Mart on August 22nd and finally getting it back from mechanic…read moretoday, September 26th. Knew it was a mistake before I ever made it home from the car lot. Transmission fluid was covering my back window! Had to pay $4000 in parts and labor to fix. On top of new transmission valve body, had to replace the radiator, replace catalytic converters and more. Mechanic says there is no way that they were not aware of the many problems with this vehicle! If you are even thinking about purchasing a car from this place, DON'T! They must have seen us coming...Me, my mother and my best friend. 3 trusting females who didn't know any better. WOW! Shame on you Pasco Auto Mart!!!
