We had a 13 passenger Mercedes Sprinter. On our way to Gainesville we noticed that there was an issue with the air-conditioning. The driver mentioned something about he was afraid that was going to happen. Then we experienced all the following issues on the way home: * Rear AC began pouring water onto 4 teenage passengers in the back row, soaking seats, clothing, blankets, and pillows making 4 seats unusable. * we had four teenagers sitting on the filthy floor with no seatbelts for the majority of the interstate ride home. * when I moved to the front to free up a seat, I noticed the dash had a overdue maintenance warning light. * we had to turn the AC in the back off and blast the AC in the front causing the front windshield to fog because it was so humid inside. * with 40 mins left in the drive the "Driver Fatigue" warning light remained illuminated for the remainder of the drive. * I submitted a formal safety complaint to Olympus Limo and received an apology and a refund of the gas surcharge. It was a really scary and unsafe experience and not something I would've expected from a contracted commercial transportation company. We have videos that we sent to them that I'm not posting here because kids are in them. There are more choices out there, so I just wanted to give you all a heads up. I know many are looking for safe options to go back-and-forth to Gainesville for football games, etc.

I originally reached out to buy a particular school bus I saw on the site. I called to ask about it. They were very nice on the phone. Because I hadn't seen this bus in-person but I was interested, I asked if I could put a hold on it before deciding if I was going to pay on layaway. I double checked that the hold was refundable because I still hadn't seen this bus in person. They said it was. I paid a $1000 fee to hold it. I was then sent some paperwork for the layaway. I didn't sign it quite yet because I still hadn't seen the bus in person. Then I got really sick. I started having seizures. There's no way I can take on this bus project and I'm spending all my money on my healthcare. I reached out and said that I was so sorry but that I have gotten really sick, and I can no longer afford the bus purchase and if they can please refund the $1000. They say that I agreed to pay for that bus and that they won't refund me. I tell them that I never signed anything because I got sick. They told me that I can transfer to a new bus if I want, but I can't be refunded. I would have never agreed to a $1000 hold for a bus I had never seen that was non-refundable. My partner even heard me ask. Please do not use this company unless you are positive you are going to buy the bus you are putting a hold on.

I even called the day before since I hadn't heard anything and they explained that it was completely normal to wait until the day-of collection to hear anything and they were confident that someone will be in touch. Well, those critical 3 days came and went. I left voicemails but heard nothing until several days AFTER the window (when I'd already flown to the destination). By this point, I was already at the destination without my car. tl;dr: Graham Family Auto Transport turned out to be unreliable and left me stranded without my car. I regret using their service. I'd recommend you find someone else to move your car.

My only complaint is the story that's shared while touring is extremely long winded and standing in place for an hour can be very uncomfortable for older folks or those out of shape.
