Reserved vehicle online. Given price for 2 days which i agreed with. Get to the hemet office for scheduled 3pm pick up. Today 4/8/26 and the only employee there to help me offers car insurance whi h I agreed with, then right before I go to pay while I'm sitting in the vehicle, He says" Oh and 445.00 dollars for deposit will also be added". I asked why was this pertinent information given by your company when I spoke with enterprise yesterday? I canceled the vehicle right on the spot! His response was well then get out the car then! When I asked his name he would not give it to me, he point to the counter, and said there's my card, when i looked at the card it was for Val. This is one of enterprises hide away spots. If you drive faster than 15 mph you may miss it. But seriously one of the best customer service I ever had with enterprise. I rented a car for my son, his fiancé and my granddaughter so they could go up north and visit her dad. I did not want them to take their own care due to is age and with the possibility of breaking down in a no-mans land area. The rep that helped use was attentive, professional and made sure we got the car we needed. We walked away feeling we got a great deal as well super customer service. They also recognized all COVID-19 safety standards without being rude. We will definitely use this location again. read more

Im a tow truck driver. Had a customer last night that needed a rental in an emergency. I heard the guy promise that they would wait 20 minutes after closing to help her out since she was a return customer. She needed the time because she had to walk. I offered her a ride to enterprise since it was on my way out. They closed at 6. We arrived at 6:04 and they were so closed it looked abandoned. That was a dirty move enterprise. This lady has kids and responsibilities and you guys straight LIED to her. I'll never use or recommend enterprise to anyone. Came to Enterprise after being in a car accident on 9/5. We were greeted and had our car within 15 minutes. Due to Covid19 we were not allowed inside, but it was still pretty fast and easy. I can't remember the man who helped us but I know he owned a Tesla. He was great! read more

The worst car rental service. I was directed to where the rental was parked and given the keys. There was no walk through to look over the car or answer any questions or explain any features. I videotaped the outside and inside of the rental with my camera phone. When I returned the car, we did a review of the rental for any issues. Everything checked out and the car was driven away to the back lot. When I paid the remaining fees owed, they charged an additional $60 stating I had a dog in the car and fur was on the back seat. I don't own a dog and nobody else except myself was in the rental. I ask if they had photos of the car before pick-up. They showed one blurry interior photo from the left side. It did not show the right side they claimed had fur. My video shot on my phone, when I picked it up showed it did have fur and wasn't cleaned. My $60 was still not waived. read more

I rented from them a few times. I recently rented a car from them and they knew there was no cars at budget or Avis and charged me $206 a day. When I went to return it they had the wrong address they were in a garage. They had me walk around the car that's it no explanation nothing. I hope a lot of people boycott these guys. I just rented a vehicle from there. Was supposed to get an SUV they gave me a minivan which wasn't bad. Thing was dirty inside. Every time I turned around I was finding trash inside of it. They overcharged me they said my Priceline price was not the price that I was supposed to get so they build me more and then said my Priceline insurance didn't work so they said I had to get their insurance. This car was so dirty the GPS the whole entire electrical dashboard stuff did not work I had to use my phone without being able to use the Bluetooth because none of that worked on it this car had a lot of issues to it and it would shake it would cut out it would die out I had a lot of problems with this car this car smelled like cigarette smoke dog and poop it was just so bad this car was it drove smooth and seemed to drive fine when you weren't stopping but if you stop the car died out on the street I don't think they did any type of maintenance or cleaning on this car before they gave it to me and it was making me so sick because it smelled so bad read more

Not happy with them at all.. my husbands truck was in the shop for a couple weeks. He got a rental car that smelled like weed.. I got a rental car the other day that smelled like cigarettes. I have a 2 month old baby and 2 boys that we put in the vehicles.. the lady was kind of rude and short.. not very happy with them.. a couple years ago all the people working there were very nice, friendly, and helpful. This place is the worst, I rented a vehicle and while driving a semitruck kicked upped a rock and it chipped the windshield. I went to Enterprise to see if they wanted me to return the vehicle. I was told to keep the vehicle and the insurance would take care of it "It happens all of the time" Now I get a bill saying that I have to pay $435 because it wasn't covered by the insurance... This is a bunch of Crap because if they had changed out the vehicle when I first bought this to their attention the cost of repair would have been much less without having to replace the entire windshield!!!! So, I call in and get a live person on the phone, they walk me through the "reservation" process so I can get a vehicle for a couple of weeks while my truck is in the shop. I made an appointment to pick up and that's it!!! Then, I show up 5 minutes early to get my vehicle only to be told they do mot have any vehicles and they should not have made my reservation. Today I had the worst experience with Enterprise. I had made a reservation yesterday for an economy rental and was quo at a fair price. I go to pick up my rental and they didn't have my car. The girl that was attending my father seemed new, she couldn't tell me how much my rental was at first and then suggested we go somewhere else and wouldn't check to see if the other site had any cars in stock. These companies are so fast at taking your money but aren't willing to help, they expect you to do their job. I just want to send a shout out to Ben. I was a little late returning the car I gave him a heads-up, I was stuck in traffic, I totally understand promptness is of utmost importance, especially when it's your Friday and business is about to close, and you have customers awaiting your returned CLEANED vehicle. I'm a little OCD, so I try to return it cleaner than what I received. I didn't wash the outside of their vehicle but I made sure the inside was immaculate. As I entered the premises I noticed Ben washing a car in the heat. They were a little short-staffed and were low on Rental vehicles. Have rented twice from East Hemet They ask for a 200 dollar deposit they put on charge card, supposedly they give back when car returned. The first time they did. They did not return the Deposit of 200 dollars last Friday. The second time. Noone returns phone calls, or emails From wwbsite. They are not open on weekends. On Friday March 2nd at 0845, I arrived at the East Hemet location to pick up my reserved Mid Sized SUV for an 800 mile round trip to Prescott Arizona. I needed the larger car for baby gifts and for a wedding we were attending. The SUV was not available at 0900 we were told it may arrive by truck by 0920, however we needed to leave to beat a large storm coming. We were offered a Chrysler 300C on site instead and we accepted, the following is regarding the car. The good: The car was spacious, we packed the entire trunk with baby clothes and the right rear passenger area with luggage and clothes left rear with my son in his car seat and all of his stuff. Car has an awesome range of over 425 miles on one tank of gas Car has a V-6 but V-8 power and great gas mileage and handles really well. The bad: Someone had previously smoked in the car, triggering my 7 year old sons asthma, we didnt notice the smell until we topped off in Kingman Arizona and got back into the car, when we sat down, we could smell smell cigarette smoke, as if it was in the leather seating. Navigation randomly shut down twice while driving, just went black. I was somewhat okay with it, because I was on the I 40 literally a 300+ mile straightaway. The system rebooted and within 2-3 minutes, it was fine. (Obvious Chrysler Software Issue) Rear back up cam failed twice, screen flickered blue, scrambled, then failed while backing. (Another obvious Chrysler Software Issue, go figure) "Oil Change Needed", tone and msg started after leaving from pick up, then after entering Arizona, "Oil Change Required", stayed on the msg screen in the center of the gauge cluster for 600 miles of the 800 mile trip. Annoying however I confirmed the oil level was fine. Why did I give this business 5 stars? Because when brought to the attention of the manager, he apologized and made it right by discounting the bill and giving me a great upgrade when I rent again, which will be in October. The manager was a professional, I told him how the items were annoying but I was not upset because of the number of people who use these vehicles. I would recommend this place again, everyone was professional and service was great, everyone from the Manager to the Prep and Service Tech who cleaned, vacuumed, gassed our car and pulled it up. One word of advice if I may, give your clients a car on a full tank and have them return it, on a full tank or charge them. Getting a car with a half tank after the tech said he need to put gas in it while I waited to pick up, makes business sense but not customer service sense. Again, thank you for your great service, I cannot remember the gentleman's name who was the manager but he was great! read more

T.C. and Sam are terrific and provided excellent customer service! The problem is way over their heads! I waited over 2 hours to be picked up because the office is short staffed and once there I was presented with a dirty car because the guy who washes the cars was also doubling as the pick up and drop off guy! Although I was finally pick up 2 hrs late by T.C. who told me he had been driving all morning, picking up cars therefore left Sam in the office all alone to handle everything. I would suggest adding 2 more people to the payroll. One more office person and perhaps another washer. The office is too busy to be working with a Skelton Crew!!!! The website allowed me to pick a time when they are CLOSED to pick up my car meaning I had to cancel my reservation the day of so I wouldn't get my full refund! Nobody called me ahead of time to let me know or warn me. They told me I would get my refund in 7-10 days and a confirmation email that I would get my refund. Never got an email and 12 days later no refund. I called their customer service line which takes over 20 minutes each time of sitting on hold for them to tell me I should get my money that day and a confirmation email that I am getting refunded. Again no email no refund. I called AGAIN and the rep told me that the money was released yesterday and it would take 7-10 days to get a refund since the money was "released yesterday". I confronted him that the money was asked to be released over 13 days ago when I was supposed to get the car and all he could tell me was that he had no control over what information I was given in the past, even though TWO DIFFERENT customer service representatives told me the same info and now he is saying I don't get a confirmation email of my refund until I get the money which would be approx one month later from when I initially called to get a refund! Needless to say I will be disputing this with my bank. They scam you of your money!! Use a different company! read more

First of all from my experience this place does not even deserve a star. Maybe yelp will add a zero or - to the options one day and I'll come back and change this. My horror story- 09/29/2015 I reserved a car online at this location cuz it is the closest to my work place and I needed to drive to palm desert that day for an event. I scheduled pick up at 5pm and was there exactly on time. Some girl greeted me and started pulling up my reservation. Asked for my card and license I gave it to her. Then she said she needed more information cuz I used a bank card and not a credit card to make to reservation. The strange part was she asked me for my pay stub. I have been renting cars from places for years all around the country and I have never been asked to provide my pay stub before. It's now getting to be late and I had to be in palm desert by a certain time so I go to my car and luckily I had a current pay stub in my purse. At this point I just need to get the car so I can make my appt. I run back in there and hand her the pay stub without even understanding why when she looks at it and says well now you need to show me a UTILITY bill to show prove of current residence. Where the hell am I supposed to get a utility bill when I am not home? What if I don't pay utilities where I live? Then I can't rent a car? What if I was from a foreign state? Bottom line they refused to rent me a car because I was not carrying around a utility bill. Besides all the documents I provided including my pay stub which I now feel like violated my privacy. I've never had a problem with renting from enterprise all over the country. It is this particular location that is shitty and I know to never set foot in this place again. I called the one place that was open till 6 (hertz) and asked if that was their policy and they said no and if I made it by 6 they would rent me a car. read more

Excellent service!! I rented a compact car for Easter weekend, and made a reservation online 2 months in advance. Everyone saying, "how dare they ask for utility bills or pay stubs" obviously did not read their "contract"! It clearly states they do not take some debit cards and prefer credit cards. I brought his pay stub & a letter that had his name & address on it (which was not a utility bill but they still accepted it, yay) just in case that was needed. I read through all the information they provided in the email to make sure their were no problems during my visit. So everything went smoothly and took about 20 minutes, my appointment was at 8am. I heard if you make an appointment as early as possible, you won't have a problem with having cars available to rent. We booked a reservation on hotwire yesterday for a 3 day car rental. 3 days for 85.00 dollars fine print states: bring a credit card or debit card and dl. We did just that. Diane Acuna is worst person to have to deal with. She would not accept our business credit card because the card also debit. I was dropping of my truck in Hemet to get work done on it and needed a rental to get home. She denied me the rental and refused to work with me. Very cold hearted person. I had to UBER home for $70.00. I called my local enterprise here in vista and spoke to Jon, he stated she had the power to make an exception but wouldn't. We offered deposit double on the current credit card and pay upon return. We also offered to have spouse take in actual credit card to vista have them run and confirm credit.
