Get the staff some help. Every time I need a rental that is booked through my fleet services, it is always chaos there. They gave me a dirty car because they have about 5 mins to flip the cars around. I was there when the previous renter returned the car they were giving me. There were stains on the back seat, dust on the dash, etc. I need to put customers in this car! The two gentleman working were overwhelmed and the one hadn't even had lunch at 3:30 in the afternoon. This is an Update to my review this past Friday August 16. After I posted the YELP review, I contacted both the Enterprise telephone number at 11AM Friday and reported the issue to the ENTERPRISE help desk The customer service rep apologize , stated that Enterprise takes these issues seriously and that someone from upper management would be in touch Well I am posting this 70 hours later & NO ONE from Enterprise has contacted me . So I guess that the concern is not all that deep In addition to Also contacted the Costco Travel Service desk and was informed that Costco travel would also investigate and be back to me in a week At the end of the day I missed my family reunion. Enterprise must not consider CUSTOMER SERVICE an important component to their services! The price of the rental changed (plus $87.00$ due to adding a driver (never mentioned on website or the day before when I was in the location to add the additional driver). I was forced to rent the car due to lack of other renal places in the area and time restraints, or I WOULD NOT have given them my business! The manager was rude, and never once tried to explain the discrepancy or apologize. I have been a loyal Enterprise Client from branches all across the USA and never once experienced the lackadaisical attitude from a manager. I work for a major airline as a flight attendant, and understand very well the challenges of dealing the the public, but the lack of concern from this branch was totally unacceptable. read more

We had reserved a car for my mother to use. We called ahead at the reserved time and were told the car wasn't ready and wouldn't be ready for another hour and a half. When I explained that we needed the car, we were told to come on to the dealership and start the process and they would have a car for us. We got there and were told that the car wouldn't be ready for an hour. We weren't offered another car. Poor customer service! We are very disappointed! read more

I run a company and needed to get my men back from Georgia in a car that we made a reservation for the day prior. Brandon and Derek are by far the least helpful people you can imagine. Even went so far as saying they have no way to contact their manager.....right...in 2019. Extremely unwilling to help you as a consumer and the area manager Jessica refuses to even return a phone call. The response will be "policy states" but I was told by corporate that the area manager could override decision but she doesn't call back clients. Unless you're looking for a headache and are traveling for business from out of state I'd recommend a different company. read more

This company robbed me!!! I am really disappointed, because my family has been renting Enterprise for over 25+ years. Sadly, I had the worst experience EVER with your service. I rented a White Camry from the Brown Bridge location in Gainesville Ga I was sooo excited to pick up the car and head Washington DC for a weekend trip. But my experience went from a 10 to a 1 once returning the vehicle when the representative claim I damaged the car and that I will not be receiving my $250 deposit. He said the dent(smaller than a dime) on top of the car was cause hail damage and weather where I traveled was prefect, (if it was a hailstorm why was it one tiny dent?) The tiny dent that representative said was there can not be seen with the naked eye and I'm sure was there before I rented the vehicle. I rented the car in PREFECT condition and returned in PREFECT condition. I'm really disappointed in the service and the fact that I loss $250. I'm really disappointed, sadly you have loss my family business. read more

I have used this location for the past three years for rentals related to work travel. Typically service is fast, agents are friendly, and of course it's a huge help when they can pick you up instead of pestering a friend to haul you down the road to pick up a vehicle. There is a catch though, I've had issues with my pick-ups not being properly scheduled. Twice in the past month, I've called 15-20 minutes after my scheduled pick-up time to find out they were unaware that I had scheduled this with the booking agents, and was told that this is something easy to miss when the reservation comes through. One of these missed pick-ups resulted in me just squeaking into a business meeting with just a few moments to spare because I had been delayed a full hour from my planned departure time. So yes, this location needs a bit of work, but they can get the job done. read more

I have to tell everyone Enterprise has completely dropped the ball. I rented a car last week using a Chime debit card and returned the car as scheduled and full of gas. I need to rent a truck for a month and was told in Charlotte, NC I could not without a major credit card with an out of state drivers license. So drove back to GA and was denied by the same agent who rented to me a week earlier claiming he couldn't use my debit card. Then I called customer service who sent a request for the corporate regional manager to call me four times I called and they will not call me back. They are absolutely foolish to turn away potentially several thousand dollars and irresponsible not handling customer service at all. read more

Enterprise Gainesville provided great service. I arrived at the train station in town at 7am and took a cab to get something to eat, while waiting for them to open at 9am. Enterprise picked me up from the restaurant when I called them, as soon as they opened. They were there within 10 minutes. Rental process was easy and smooth. read more

I normally get my rentals from the Enterprise Oakwood facility so this was my 1st-time renting from the Gainesville office. They were courteous, was able to adjust my schedule when I was not able to get there on time and they had a clean, gassed up and fairly new vehicle waiting on me when I got there. It was an easy process to rent and to return. I will be returning here again in the future and highly recommend this facility for your car rental needs. They not only have great customer service, nice cars, reasonable prices but they are also conveniently located right off of one of the major streets in Gainesville for easy access. read more

I use this Enterprise location nearly every week for business purposes. Each time I've rented from this business, the staff has been friendly, professional, and more than willing to meet my business needs. I've used the pick-up service three times, and each time was a pleasant experience; there were no awkward conversations and no worries over the driving of the staff. I've been fortunate to receive upgrades at no additional charge, and I've never had to wait over five minutes for a vehicle or a ride back home. Was that Enterprise on Thursday satisfaction not guaranteed I rented a car walked in giving my credit card and payment was taken and approved on the box that you slide your card through but for some reason it never approved on their screen manager came over never once did she offer to correct the problem left Enterprise went home call my credit company the issue was straightened out while talking to the credit card company as of yet I haven't heard any reply from Enterprise as to why they could not correct the problem so I was able to rent a car because I rented a car previously from them with no problem just one bad experience I'll chalk it up and move on to the next rental car company read more

Easy online booking and gave me a call a few days before to confirm. The van was really nice. A tiny bit of leftovers (food, crayon, etc...) in it from previous renters but mostly clean. The only issue I had was that I am only 11 miles away and they refused to pick me up. This caused me to have to have my disabled mother-in-law ride with me to pick up the van so she could follow me back home in my car as I drove the van. read more

I was very well pleased with my overall rental process. i have used Enterprise on more than one ocassion. The staff was friendly and very professional.The SUV that I was given was great and I was the first person to drive it off the lot. It was clean and roomy.The only problem I had was I returned the Car on the last day of my rental and i was there when they first open, so I just knew I would get a discount cause I wasn't suppose to have the car back til closing time that day..I could have brought the car back on Memorial Day because we were back from our trip, but they were closed...Well No Discount for that and i was kinda upset over that.There should have been some kind of discount. I'd be careful if you make online reservations for this rental company in Gainesville. Yesterday I called the Enterprise number and spoke to someone to reserve a vehicle to move furniture. I told the representative I'd pick it up today, then return it the following day. She asked me to tell her a time for pickup and return. I chose 1 PM as it is my lunch hour and I work nearby. When I left to go pick the vehicle up, I noticed I had a voicemail from 1 HOUR earlier to make sure I brought 2 utility bills with no late payments. I get there and let them know the phone representative did NOT notify me of this, I was at lunch and only had one hour, live in a different town and didn't have time to drive home, find bill statements and come back. I needed the vehicle today. I was unable to get this vehicle. The people who make reservations by phone need to let customers know the things they need to bring when they pick up. My entire lunch hour was used scrambling to find a rental truck to move a bed. Milton Martin Toyota recommended Enterprise when I asked them if they rented vehicles. I let them know what happened and told them I'd think twice about recommending them again. read more

I really do not think that you want my review, but here it goes. First of all I had a really good experience with the actual folks at the Browns Bridge location. It does take a lot of time to complete the rental each time that I come in. I wish that the process was easier for folks that had used Enterprise recently. My issue is that I was dropped off at Hardy Chevrolet to pick up my Tahoe that was suppose to be fixed. 15 minutes after I was dropped off, I headed home and realized my car was not fixed. I immediately returned and was told no one could get to my car till the next day. I called Enterprise and had a black female answer the phone. Since I was familiar with the staff at Enterprise, I asked if she was at that location and was told yes. I told her my problem and that I needed the car for the night. I was told that I could rent another car but it wouldn't be that one and I would have to pay the entire rental fee again. I tried to explain that I had only been dropped off for about 30 minutes now and didn't realize that I would need the car for the night. She was not nice and told me that was the rules and I would have to pay again. I asked to speak t the supervisor and of course got the same story. I told the dealership that I could not get the rental back and would have to return the next day. When I left, I went straight to the Enterprise location and was very angry. Of course no one understood why I was upset, because the woman I spoke to on the phone was someone that answers the somewhere else and was not at that location. They apologized and gave me the rental back without any additional charge. Of course I now had to return to the dealership and leave my car and get someone to pick me up.........I am a RN in a busy ER and know how important good customer service is. You just don't treat returning customers this way. Again, the folks that I dealt with n person were great, but the end result left a taste of very bad customer service in my mouth. I own an older model tahoe and love my car, but realize I will probably need rentals in the future for odds and ends that I will need done. I sincerely do not plan to use Enterprise and have told my story to co-workers.....just not good business. read more
