It wasn't the car I asked for and the xm radio wouldn't turn on. Deal breaker. They clean a second car. Took 30 minutes. Then discovered that car needed an oil change. So that car was a no go. Finally, about an hour later, they bring out a dirty car, that smells, and had a huge hole in the carpet by the brake petal. An engine light was on about tire pressure. There were no other cars available. I drove to Nashville, an hour behind schedule, and dealing with problems. I have to keep filling the tire, I'm spraying the inside to kill the smell, and the transmission is having problems too. Thus far not one word from them. I will never use them again and neither should you. Mark Tripp

I test drove the Jeep, immediately put in a down payment and went to pick up the car the next day. It turned it they had priced the Jeep about $2,000-$3,000 below market value (I'd been looking for a month at Jeep's so I knew that was true), but Signature Ford still honored the price and 6 months later I am still driving the Jeep that has given me no problems! My husband had a…read moreheart attack while we were visiting over Christmas; the doctor said we couldn't fly home for two weeks. That meant rescheduling with the airline and Alamo. When I called the 800 number and got headquarters, the clerk didn't even express sympathy for my husband's near-death experience. She said we could keep the car for $2230 for the next two weeks. I explained that we didn't want to BUY the car, we just wanted to rent it. Crickets. So I drove the car out to the airport and that's when I met Sara. In business, you've got your ducks and you've got your eagles. Sara's an eagle. She made everything happen with justice and compassion. She waived the ridiculous fees corporate was imposing, got me another car to use for the two weeks I drove back and forth from the hospital. Alamo rocks because of Sara!

I am so glad I did since they went above and beyond to help me on what had been turning out to be a bad travel day. My flight was delayed long enough that I finally gave this branch a call to see if they closed right at 11, or if they were open until the last flight gets in. The person I spoke with said that they would be there until 11:30 at the latest and helped answer some questions while I was starting to form a Plan B. When the flight delays became late enough that I felt sure I wasn't going to make it even by 11:30, I called back and the rep assisted in finding a branch that opened early and had small enough cars that I could drive so that I could make my 9am client meeting 45 minutes away the next morning. We modified my reservation, and I booked myself a hotel down the street from the Grand Blanc branch. When I landed at 11:40, I did not expect to receive a phone call, saying that they had waited for me after all and to come on down to the counter. While I still ended up staying by the airport instead of driving the 45 minutes to my original hotel, the peace of mind to drive straight to my hotel to get to bed and then being able to start driving to the client meeting by 7:45 the next morning was invaluable, especially after having dealt with a 6-hour flight delay, of which 3 of it, I was stuck in my plane seat. I'm sure I was a crankier version of myself, but this branch's service was instrumental in making my day much better than it otherwise would have been. A huge THANK YOU to Jay and the Enterprise Team at Flint Airport!

After waiting 15 minutes for an employee to wander up to the counter to help a long line of customers, I was finally given the keys to my vehicle. There was no inspection of the vehicle by an Enterprise employee and I was unable to inspect the vehicle myself as it was too dark and the parking lot is not well lit. The following day, I did look at the vehicle, taking photos of some door dings. Our rental period went on, with no accidents, incidents or any sort of damage to the vehicle. We returned the car prior to normal business hours, so again, there was no Enterprise associate to be found. After returning home from the trip, I received a call from the location stating that there was damage to the front grille. Luckily I have a video of the vehicle from when I dropped it off, and there is no damage to be found. However, Enterprise continues to harass me and has processed a damage claim against me. I have involved my attorney but this is absolutely ridiculous. I will never rent from Enterprise again and hope that this helps others look elsewhere to avoid such unscrupulous business practices.
