Closing at 11PM is unacceptable for an international airport rental location. Toronto's car rental desks stay open to 12 AM which is more reasonable. Flights are still arriving from USA after 10:00 PM. An 11:00 PM closing time doesn't give passengers enough time to clear customs and get their luggage. read more

Had a very nice experience with two Enterprise car facilities. We landed in Canada at YQB - Quebec City, Canada airport - and found it has expanded nicely and is very new in all its furnishings. The Enterprise car facility located in the airport's parking lot was also very new and clean. I had no trouble getting our car, and they were very accommodating in allowing us to drop the car off somewhere else instead of back here ... for a small drop charge you can one-way it. We dropped the car off at YUL - Montreal, Canada airport. This is a much bigger and not quite as new facility but, for drop off, it was quick and easy. We did see loads of people waiting to get a car, but that is not what we were there for. Montreal airport included a nice Enterprise facility, and nice staff. All-in-all, both Enterprise locations were excellent and I would use them again. Car was clean and had low mileage ... what's not to like ... wouldn't hesitate to use Enterprise again. read more

I always rent from enterprise and generally speaking I always get great service but this time.... So rented a cat from YUL for 9 days with a return to YUL. For some reason the attendant made a mistake and put a return to Denver International instead. As I am enjoying my vacation visiting family I received my invoice via email and see the mistake and a charge of over $2000.00 on my credit card. I immediately call to have the rental corrected which I am promised it will be done immediately.... Nope 2 days later still not corrected. Call again this time on the customer support line and after a lengthy explanation I am promised that this will be taking care of and I will receive a call back to confirm.... never happened. Open my return the supervisor (I believe) see the error and says he will have it fixed... I unfortunately can't wait since I have a plane to catch! So again I go on my way thinking this will be resolved! Nope still have. $2000.00 charge on my credit card. This is unacceptable! How many time does it take to make a correction on the invoice! The CAR IS RETUNED PER MY ORIGINAL RESERVATION! read more

I will never try to rent from Enterprise again. Our flight got cancelled on our connection from Montreal to JFK. We tried another rental company and they said there were no cars available. So we were going to give up and wait for a flight the next day when we decided to try the Enterprise website. We were able to reserve so we called them afterwards to confirm and they said it was not an issue. We got to the check-in counter - and then they told me they couldn't. Management had told them no more cars from Montreal to the US. I'm not upset at Enterprise for the cancelled flight, nor even not being able to rent a car. That's not in their control when everyone is scrambling. What I am upset at is that we were able to reserve from their website and calling their customer service also confirmed no issues. If they had just been like every other competent rental company and their website didn't allow us that would have been the end of it. Luckily we hadn't cancelled our next day flights. If we had (based on the the website and their customer service) we would have been out of a flight as well. That really upset me with their lack of competency unlike literally every other rental company we tried. Our flight got cancelled and we tried to rent a car from Enterprise, we secured the reservation on the internet for 135 dollars we got to the airport and the attendant told us that there were no cars available and that website had to be shut down. Went to Avis and rented a car from there for 450 dollars. This is unacceptable from a reputable car company as well taking advantage of vulnerable situations. read more

This review is a month late, but here it goes. Cliffs notes version: Danielle Pacheco is the bees knees. This girl kicks so much butt. She KNOWS customer service. Danielle was helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. You cannot get better than that! The Story: Let me set the scene for you and remind everyone how important it is to understand that everyone has a story and you are not in their shoes. My bf and I had travelled 3,000+ miles, we missed flights, rescheduled flights, travelled through the night, got yelled at by some "french canadians" because we didnt know the protocol, got taken advantage of by the taxi and/or uber and we were rushing to meet up with family to head to a wedding. As you may imagine, sensitivities are heightened and patience is virtually non-existant by the time we head to this enterprise location, in desperation. We originally were working with Abdoul Salifou who was charming and helpful, but I think Danielle could sense my energy/urgency/hopelessness and jumped right in to also assist. She was patient with me while I was back and forth with my dad and while I openly told her I was going to talk with her competitors. Can I say, the competitors sucked? Or no? hehehe Any how they did and even though my dad had reservations with one competitor, I went with enterprise. I am so glad I did, because it truly saved our trip. What is the point of taking car reservations that are not honoured? My daughter reserved a compact car a week in advance only to arrive in Montreal and be told she had a choice of a pick- up truck or a huge Jeep! They acted as if they were doing her a favour by "upgrading" the vehicle. She begrudgingly took the jeep as she had plans she could not cancel. Finding parking for a large vehicle was much more difficult and it cost way more in gas. Not acceptable. read more

I rented a car at this location on Sunday morning and returned it on Tuesday evening. I received excellent service! The guys were extremely friendly and helpful. I was given a keyless car and Tasso made sure I knew how to start and stop it. read more

No sign at counter saying the staff will be outside in the parking garage. If not for the Alamo staff we would ve waiting there for nothing. Attendants are not responsive. Reserve car was not readily available even if this reservation was done in advance. Been using this company for a long time and this is the first time it was a let down. Checked in online and received a pass. But when I went to get the car, it took just as long as if I had no reservation, 10 mins of the agent typing away on the computer to pull up my reservation and complete the paperwork. Worse was that that I had reserved a Ford Hybrid. What she brought up though was a Toyota Camry. Twice I asked if it was a hybrid and both times sh3 said yeas. Wrong, it wasn't until i drove out of the lot that I could see that there were no electrical info gauges. She lied. I wax already late to a meeting due to her very slow checkout so couldn't drive back to correct the issue. Rude, very bad checkout process and lying. 3 reasons alone not to use Enterprise. read more

Car was clean and somewhat new. My main complaint was that I put in an online order for an intermediate car that will fit 2 full sized suitcases. Well the hatchback they gave us only fit one suitcase. So the other suitcase was placed between my kids while we made the precarious drive to YUL. That is so not ok! read more

This location is across the street and a short walk from the airport terminal. Mark helped us upon arrival. He was professional, friendly and nice. Going out of his way to answer our questions about directions and recommendations of where to eat in Old Montreal, he took his time with us. When we went to get the car after checking in, another staff member helped us and offered a bigger car at the same rate. Yes, please! Excellent service at a reasonable price. It's located within the airport, so no need to take a shuttle. Check-in and check-outs were quick. last minutes, I decided to rent a GPS. They obliged promptly. They may need to tell customers how to exit the parking structure. With a closed gate with a ticket box, I wasn't sure if I had to pickup a ticket to exit. As it turns out you need to take a ticket and use it to exit. No charges. read more

Our Company rents from Enterprise globally for cost reasons. Unfortunately companies tend to forget reliability and honesty to save pennies. Enterprise @Trudeau airport YUL in Montreal are not honest and have kept valuable possession of mine. 5 Minutes more and I would of been able to retrieve my phone. Management has no care in the world and you can tell that employees new what they were doing. As soon as I realized that the phone was no longer in the car I placed the tracer and it was off. Excellent service and great car. Most of the other rental car companies will give you the least desirable car in their inventory when it is a one-way-drop. Not here, car was new and clean. As I have found, since switching from one of the major rental car companies to Enterprise; there is no comparison. Enterprise is the only company that knows what true customer service is. Service was excellent, although a second person at the reservation desk would have been a help, as there was a line up when we arrived. However once we checked in, everything was excellent, including the upgrade we were offered.
