Friendly staff, but my car shook like a nervous chihuahua when idling. I'm glad I didn't need to drive far.

Horrible service. Zero starts if possible. I had to sleep…read morein the empty airport because Dawn did not set up my locked combo correctly and there is ZERO after hours customer service with the company. When she finally arrived in the morning she said "oh! You are who needed help last night". She was well aware of the fact that i was stuck at the airport and didn't bother to attempt to assist me. I sent this email to Dawn and have attempted to contact corporate but they do not have a direct line or email address and simply routed my concern back to Dawn to deal with me. Horrible service all the way around. I expect I will not be assisted appropriately as you would expect from a large corporation and am being discarded. Dawn I will take this up with corporate. I am requesting to be compensated for more than just the comp of the rental to cover my other losses. I believe you are responsible for waiving my rental, which i paid for up front, plus my lodging and taxi. Not that the rental wave should cover the expenses. It should be additional. I had to put half of my party up in a nasty motel, which was the only one available in town and my husband and myself slept in the airport because there wasn't enough space for all of us at the motel, because of your error with my code and the negligence of not having an after hours emergency contact. This whole situation could have been avoided if someone was a available to assist me Monday night. The customer service agents i spoke with on the phone Monday night said your rental facility is supposed to be open until 11:30pm and I was there well before 11:30 and your typed signage says you close at 5pm. The customer service agent was not even aware of the after hours key combination system your have in process and did not know what i was talking about. When you arrived on Tuesday morning you said oh you are the one who needed help last night, indicating you were well aware of my situation on Monday night and decided not to provide any assistance. And your immediate action to break into the key box indicates to me that this is a regular occurring issue as the airline staff told me Monday night. Can you please provide me with the corporate contact information so I can take this matter up with them.

This company is great, you couldn't ask for a better rental experience and would highly recommend.read more
