My first tip is to book via the phone as I got a better deal than when I first looked at booking on line. This branch is easily found and not to far from Elmers End train/tram stop, lots of bus roots pass by also or you can get them to pick you up and collect the car from your home. The staff in this branch were all very polite and help full they called me about half an hour before I was due to collect the car. Upon arrival I went through the usual routine license etc etc etc, they did however offer me a drink of water which was a nice touch. The fun and games started once they introduced me to my rental. As we walked around the car, which was brand new and only driven to this branch, I pointed out that there was a problem with one of the tyres. They quickly brought out another car and guess what, same tyre issues. By this point the manager had come out and was very unhappy, gave me a free upgrade and allowed me to bring the car back with empty, hence they get four stars.
