Add the word WONDERFUL to Wash Werks! My car goes in their wash and every single time comes out…read moreshiny and looking wonderful! They have THE best state of the art car wash that no one can top! I've tried most of them out here and I'm so glad I have a reliable top notch place to get my car washed. Prices are same as other places but you get your moneys worth here! It's fast and easy service checking and paying with service members there to greet and help you all the time. Bill who runs the car wash is always there and doing quality control checks and super friendly guy to ask questions about the monthly wash programs! They spare nothing here! The soap they use is plentiful and you actually can smell the freshness in the car as it goes thru. The vacuums to clean inside the car are super suction and pick even the littlest stuff up! They have large trash containers too for you to get rid of trash. The place is kept meticulously clean and neat. I drive over 10 miles just to bring my newer car here. I'm at ease that Bill and his super crew will take good care of me but most importantly take care of making sure my car gets the best wash! Don't settle for a car wash using luke warm or cold water, diluted suds or no suds at all, inferior dirty washing parts or broken stages of the wash ie; tire scrub, hot wax machine. Thanks Wash Werks for keeping my cars looking great!

This was my first time here and I wanted to measure the quality before investing in a plan. I went with the Deluxe, which is fancy for "lowest tier", but I just wanted to get the salt off my car and undercarriage, which is part of the package. I was surprised to see that there was an attendant inside giving a little "pre-soak" from a hose to prime my car for the wash. Also, this wash doesn't have a tire track! It's literally a flat conveyor belt without any bumper or mound to push you along, which is great for those worried about scratching their rims. When I came out, I was pleased with the quality of wash, even at the lowest tier. There were a few residual spots, but nothing egregious and easily something that could have been remedied if I brought a towel for a quick wipe. Based on this experience, I will be back on a Sunday to get the full Ceramic Shield package and if that goes well, I'll consider a membership, as well as upgrading this review to 5 stars!

Store review: Quick wash. I have never been to a full…read moreservice car wash before, but motorwerks car wash was under construction and they provided a card for free complete wash. You pull up to the attendant who tells you to leave the keys in the car. They charge extra for cleaning your mats or washing your wheels which is a bit of a rip off. I can't remember the cost but it was a few bucks each. They vacuum the floor which is nice and run it through the wash. Afterwards they detail the inside. This was rather quick service and then you drive away after tipping a few bucks. I rather wash my own car Pros: quick service, auto car wash and inside detail Cons: expensive, there is some questionable credit card practice noted on the prior yelp reviews which would make you weary Hidden deals: You can sign up for the monthly car wash club although maybe some issues with getting credit back as noted on other reviews.

Review/Complaint Title: Paid for Ultimate Wash that was NOT Ultimate…read more What happened to this place?? I have been going here as long as they have been open and today is the day that I vow I will NEVER go back. The last few times I've been to this location I felt the service had been slipping but today provided an experience that says, "we don't care about the quality of our service or if you ever come back". I purchased their top-tier "Ultimate Car Wash" ($40 + $8 tip) package but it was anything but ultimate. When I got home and inspected my car (small SUV), I discovered the following: All door jams were completely dirty and un-wiped. The interiors of all doors were left dirty. There was a sticky scuff mark left on the inside of my front windshield that was VERY noticeable when driving. The entire trunk/cargo area was never swept or vacuumed. I called the location and got Nick (don't know who that is) he listened to my complaint, asked me to hold and then some other guy said, "Hello"? Asking about my receipt, etc, but no empathy, no apology, no nothing. I guess these guys do not have customer service training but no matter as I will never go back. And I ALMOST purchased the $80/month unlimited car wash package!! Joe and Kim Doherty, losing this one customer won't make a dent but at some point your chickens will come home to roost.

I had a very disappointing experience here. I brought my car in for a full detail because there was…read morea smoke smell I wanted removed. I paid $240 for the service, plus a $35 tip, and I honestly regret spending that much considering the experience and results. First, the detail took TWO DAYS to complete. I've had my car detailed before and it has typically taken around 6 hours, so I was surprised by how long this took. The lack of professionalism was also frustrating. Their posted business hours on the door say 8 AM-5 PM, but both times I came in, they were not open at 8 AM. When I dropped my car off, I waited about 10 minutes past opening. When I came back to pick it up, I waited around 40 minutes for someone to finally open the door. When the employee eventually came to the door, there was no apology. He simply said, "Oh, I just woke up." I found that extremely unprofessional, especially after waiting outside for 40 minutes during their posted business hours. The shop itself was also very dirty, which did not give me much confidence in a business specializing in detailing and cleanliness. Most importantly, I'm not happy with the actual detail. After paying $240, my car honestly doesn't look noticeably different. I originally brought it in because of the smoke smell, and now, two days later, my car has an extremely strong chemical smell instead. I unfortunately cannot recommend this place.

I paid $270 for a full detail on my newly purchased truck and left a $50 tip. I feel completely…read moreripped off. I dropped it off the night before, and called the morning of pickup to confirm the interior would be fully cleaned and disinfected. Sergio assured me it would be. When I got home and inspected it: *No change in smell -- not disinfected *Seats and carpets showed no signs of shampooing *Dirt and scuffs still on interior panels *Sticky residue still inside the center console *Dirt visible under folded rear seats *No protectant or finishing treatment applied The only obvious work was clean glass and a quick exterior shine. But here's what really stood out: I should have known better. The truck was being cleaned in a muddy alley behind the shop, surrounded by puddles and grime. I had to point out fresh mud on the running boards and door jambs. Sergio was still vacuuming the truck bed with an old, worn shop vac when I arrived -- after saying the job had taken all day. Take a moment to look around when you drop off your vehicle. The "detailing area" is in a muddy, dirty alley with standing water and debris. The workspace itself appears minimally equipped. It does not resemble a professional detailing operation. In hindsight, the condition of the shop and alley matched the condition of the interior work: surface-level and incomplete. Many of the positive reviews are several years old. Based on my experience, I would not rely on them. Inspect your vehicle very carefully before paying.

Update: The manager…read moreat Arlington Car Wash sent me an email (attached below) and I am relieved that the young man was NOT the manager. Jason (manager) asked me to try them again and I think I will. I am adding TWO Stars because the manager seems to care about his business and most importantly his customers (read his letter below). Yelpers, I took one for the team and my first experience was not that great but I am willing to give them a second chance. It will probably be after 2 months, I will visit them after I get my oil changed next door. I would love to hear other Yelpers' experiences with this Car Wash before I go back. Letter from Arlington Car Wash: "Hi Jimmy, This is Jason the manager at Arlington car wash and detail. Nothing bothers me nore than a dissatified customer. After reading your review and speaking to my employees it seems as though there was a lack of communication between employees which in turn tarnished our relationship. I am asking for you to try the wash another time with or without extra services and introduce yourself to me so we can talk about what happened. I am reversing the charges from today's service as I don't believe we satisfied you and we didn't earn the monies that you spent. These reviews are important to us and not only reflect on our business but us as individuals. Please give us the chance to redeem ourselves and change your opinion of Arlington Car Wash and Detail. Thank you for your time, Jason Otterness" Friday 10/14/2011. 11:00am I had my oil change done at the Arlington Toyota which is next door to this car wash. I got a "free car wash" by changing my oil there. I am not sure but I think this car wash is owned by the Arlington Toyota, I could be wrong. I drove to this car wash and the young lady explained what they were offering. It has been a while since I got the interior cleaned so I opted for the $50 option where it includes the interior cleaning and shampooing. First the car goes thru this tunnel (exterior wash) then you are directed to an area for the interior cleaning. This young man, I assumed to be a manager or a crew chief tried to tell me that I had paid to get the back seat shampooed. I told him that I thought I had paid to get all the seats shampooed. I told him how much I had paid and asked him what that included. He said he did not know. Now, I knew what he was trying to do. He was trying to get out of shampooing the front seats. This is not a first time where I had my car detailed or shampooed and I am very aware of the prices. I was already upset. I got hold of the young lady and asked her to inform the guy whether I had paid for all the seats to be shampooed or just the back. She went and informed him to shampoo all the seats. He tried to be nicer after that but this is my first visit to this car wash and he has already left a very foul taste in my mouth. From the pictures you can see that they did not do a good job of cleaning my car. It was not worth $50.00 Next time I get a "free car wash" from Arlington Toyota, I will only get the free wash. I will not waste any money at this car wash and that is too bad as the facility looked good. It always boils down to the employees and this car wash has bad employees.

This car wash recently offered a $2 special for the basic wash. Since it is about the cheapest I've…read moreseen I decided to try it out a couple times. When you pull up the money is collected manually. The same person who collects the money then has to also guide the car into the car wash and also spray down the exterior manually. Then they have to go back and collect money from the next car. You can imagine this is a slow process. They really should have one person doing the payments and another doing the guiding and spraying. Once in, the car moves very slow and it is a long tunnel so it takes a long time to get to the end. The sprays and brushes are pretty minimal on the $2 wash. Also pretty much no dry on the basic wash. The result is so-so. Not exactly the best wash, but for this price, you really can't complain. They also have a free vacuum option. Overall, if you want the absolute cheapest wash and don't mind waiting, it is worth a try, but for a faster and better wash, there are other options for a similar price.
