When you say I'm scheduled for Entergy, N.O to come out today, and the moans of OOOOOOh nOOOOOOOO, sounds like a chorus, just say. hold it Y'all, not anymore. Entergy, is on the ball. I can't that for its sub contractor, "Honeywell". Not the Honeywell technician, but the internal operations had me going back and fort for 3hrs.
Finally I was able to talk directly with Entergy professionals, and the beginning of getting the job done, was born. There's a young lady that after hearing what I had gone thru, took my issues and emailed the correct department head to get this resolved. I hope if she sees this review that she will write in and give me her first name, so that the CEO/President will take a good look at whose going the extra mile for the consumer, and for the reputation of Entergy.
The very next day an Entergy Technician came out (not a sub- contractor), his name displayed was "Johnson". What a great young man! Unlike the sub company the Entergy employed technician was armed with the correct tools, listened to what I had gone thru and how the young woman who emailed the correct department, helped.
Johnson, was a total professional , a company man, loved his job, and respects the consumer. He had my meter taken care of without incidents or excuses. I watched him work, he was patient when I asked questions, he was thorough, and certainly an asset to Entergy. Johnson, plus the young lady that sent the email on my behalf, went more than the extra mile, for my despair. Thank You both! These young business employees are nat'ually nu'awlins y'all! Check out the picks, y'all.
Each week I'm fortunate to meet young people that are proof that this state has a lot to look forward to, for leadership, management, education and business growth. We have to do our part and let these workers know we deeply appreciate their service. Kindness and patience goes a long way. Let's stay prayed up, so we can start hugging and shaking hands again, as we nu'awlins folks know how to do. I'm outta heah y'all. "MO" read more
