These doctors specialize in allergy and asthma treatments. Patients walk in to a newly remodeled and redecorated office to be greeted by a helpful reception staff. Once the nurse takes you back to the exam area you are subject to a breathing test that every asthmatic knows well! Blowing out the candles or blowing down the houses. The nursing staff are really great! They are all super friendly, helpful, and informative. This office has one doctor and one physicians assistant who are both great. May treatment options are done on site such as albuterol nebulizers, allergy shots, and allergy needle testing are all done on location. If you are lucky enough to need allergy shots on a weekly/monthly basis the facility provides wi-fi which is good because patients wait 30 minutes in the clinic after getting a shot. Perfect time to catch up on a good book or email and of course those wonderful lobby magazines. I saw a recipe I wanted in one, they gave me the magazine to take home. Just super great people and an inviting clinic. Wait time to get in to see a physician is small compared to other specialty doctors. This is a first rate asthma clinic.

I am giving a 4 star review to Amanda, Dr Gull's P.A. Well....because Dr Gull wasn't there to treat…read moreme at my scheduled appointment. He had an emergency come up, that he had to attend to. One of the assistants came into the waiting, and asked me if it was ok to have Dr Gull's P.A. start the exam. I said "That would be fine." I'm getting ahead of my self. Let's start at the beginning. When I entered the office, mind you I've never been here before, and walked up to the reception desk. I'm a first time patient, so I was anticipating a nice welcome. NOPE, not even eye contact, just a "What's your name". Such a cold, unwelcoming greeting, which put a bad taste in my mouth, and this isn't even a restaurant. "Fill out these forms just the lines that are highlighted", she said curtly. It took me less than 5 minutes to fill out the forms. When I handed them back to her she said "Did you bring your drivers license"? "What do you need my drivers license for, I'm self pay?" I said. "We need it for your file." she said without eye contact. Strange for a receptionist to act that way. When did they start asking for divers licences? She asked for my credit card, scanned it, and charged me $175.00 for the visit today. (Shouldn't I get a discount if the P.A. gave the exam not the actual Dr?) Back to the exam room, Amanda came in, she was so nice. She asked me a few questions, looked in my ears, asked me if I wanted her to take out my build up of ear wax. I said "Yes." She took the wax build up out very quickly with no problems, and sent me on my way. When we walked out of the exam room, Dr Gull just made it to the office, he introduced himself, (he's very tall), and shook my hand. I told him Amanda took good care of me in his absence. He was please to know that. Now back to the unfriendly receptionist/cashier. Normally when you leave a Dr's office you make another appt, or just walk out the door. I didn't know what to do, I knew I didn't need another appointment. She informed me that it would be another $184.00, ($92.00 per ear), on top of the $175.00 I had already paid. A WHOPPING $359.00! Mind you Amanda did NOT say there was an additional charge PER EAR, to take out the wax. I believe that should have been explained BEFORE this procedure was done, especially if you are self pay. My appointment was at 9:00am, when I walked out of the office, the clock said it was 9:16am. In and out, leaving my head spinning.

I will update this review if this team reaches out to me to correct their mistake…read more Three weeks ago I came in to be treated, my provider did an amazing job in helping diagnose and going above and beyond answering my questions. my primary complaint is with the front desk and the MA I spoke with. I recently exper something that may impact the healing process of my treatment and wished to speak with someone qualified to give me advice on scheduling a last minute appointment or perhaps a prescription I no longer am taking. The front desk staff not only spoke to me in a disrespectful patronizing tone but they and the MA I spoke with were very dismisive of my concerns and gave the attitude of "what do you want me to do about it." My treatment is related to my ability to hear, and should be addressed with prompt care. Im sure the individuals who treated me this way would feel the same had they been in my shoes.

They asked us to come in 40 minutes earlier to ensure we would be out on time. We arrived at the recommended time but had to leave without being seen because, after over and hour of waiting in one of the examination rooms, we still had not seen the doctor. While the physician care there has been good, wait times have been horrendous. I would recommend finding another facility for ENT care.
