Just don't go there! It's a waisted if time. Dr. Speich strung me along for 7 months with NO treatment at all.

He listened and did everything he could to make me feel better. I will definitely go back to Dr. Bell in the future if I have an ear, nose or throat issues.

A few weeks of 2 rounds of antibiotics resulted in another $53 follow up appointment where he told me I was totally clear. Only to call back and say he looked at the wrong patient's chart and misguided me. So I tried to schedule another appointment and the inside office people treated me like a new patient and tried to have me do another CT scan. No one knew who I was and I was not a priority as a patient. Finally scheduled surgery. Jessica from the office called and told me the only option for payment was to pay up front out of pocket. I asked about payment options because I have never known a medical bill to be collected up front 100%, she told me that was the only option. So I called a week later to cancel my surgery because it just didn't feel right. Cheryl (surgical coordinator) was incredibly unprofessional and rude in handling my request to cancel. I told her about the request to pay up front and how I was uncomfortable with that. She put me on hold, came back and said she spoke with Jessica and Jessica told her she offered me payment plans that I declined. 100% not true. When I told Cheryl that was not true her verbatim response was, "Well Jessica doesn't lie so you must have misunderstood." I have never felt like less of a medical patient and uncomfortable with a medical provider. Cheryl literally called me a liar because there's no way what Jessica said could be untrue. Completely disrespectful of them and they made zero effort to make me feel better about any part of the process. Shame on you Jessica and Cheryl. You should be embarrassed. You don't deal with customers, you deal with patients. And you will deal with fewer and fewer if you continue to treat them like that.

Michael Block Changed My Mind About Nurse Practitioners…read more I'll be honest - I've always been skeptical of seeing nurse practitioners instead of physicians. I thought doctors were better trained and more thorough. Michael Block completely changed my perspective. I found Michael out of desperation during a holiday week. My primary care physician had dismissed a concerning lump I felt in my upper left neck/parotid region, telling me it was nothing. But I knew something was there. I took a same-day appointment at the Phoenixville location (a far drive for me) because I needed answers. He actually listened. Within minutes, Michael validated what I had been feeling. He agreed something was there and didn't dismiss me. He ordered an ultrasound, which confirmed a small benign fluid-filled cyst - nothing serious, but I wasn't crazy. That validation alone was worth the drive. But he didn't stop there. While awaiting the scan results, Michael ordered a comprehensive panel including: Autoimmune screening (ANA) Inflammatory markers (CRP, ESR) EBV and CMV antibody panels Bartonella testing (my cat recently scratched me) Full allergy panel He was thorough in a way I've rarely experienced with any provider. He solved a problem I'd been living with for years. Michael identified that I likely had TMJ and suspected my nighttime breathing issues weren't sleep apnea - they were allergy-related. The bloodwork confirmed it: I was highly reactive to dust mites (Class III - high). He prescribed nasal sprays to try while we waited for results, and they helped. But the real transformation came after I got those allergy results. I bought a HEPA vacuum, allergen-proof mattress cover, pillow covers, and duvet cover. I went into full sanitation mode in my bedroom. The results were life-changing. I had been waking up every morning with one or both nostrils completely clogged. Now? My airways are completely open - without even using the nasal sprays anymore. I'm sleeping better than I have in years. His bedside manner is exceptional. Michael takes as much time as you need. He doesn't rush you. He's genuinely interested in your well-being and overall health - not just checking boxes. He's passionate about what he does, and it shows. When my labs came back showing positive EBV markers that looked alarming on paper, he called me personally to explain that everything was fine - just evidence of a past infection like 90% of adults have. He even confirmed what I had researched independently: "No lymphoma." The bottom line: I had scheduled an appointment with an ENT before seeing Michael, thinking I needed a specialist. After my experience with him, I realized I had already found exactly the provider I needed. Michael Block is more thorough, more caring, and more attentive than most physicians I've encountered in my life. If you're hesitant about seeing a nurse practitioner - don't be. At least not this one. Michael Block has earned a patient for life. Also- I only waited 5-10 minutes to see him once I arrived and the office front staff were helpful and very friendly.

The doctor was efficient and knew exactly what to do to take care of my concern. Office staff were…read morefriendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was they charged me upfront and will reimburse me when my insurance comes through. I've never had that happen before.
