The delivery guys installing our new washer broke off the hot water valve and we had to shut the water off to our house. We called Enriquez Plumbing and Salomon asked if we could text him a picture of the problem and then he gave us a very fair priced quote quote over the phone and promised somone would be out to our house THE SAME DAY! I had a recent issue with my pressure regulator valve. I called Salomon on Saturday and he agreed to take a look at the issue that evening. He came by promptly and was able to accommodate a slip in meeting time very easily. I told him of some of the symptoms and noises I heard and he confirmed that the pressure regulator valve was inoperative. He gave me a good quote and we agreed to meet on a Monday evening. Called on 11-10-16 and he said he would be here in the PM Did not show, call or text back in response to numerous texts. Texted him in the evening of 11-10-16 and asked him to come in the AM of 11-11-16 On the AM of 11-11-16 did not show or contact us. On 11-12-16 at 10:30 am called and the person who answered said he would have someone come out within 2 hours At 1:00 (after 2 1/2 hours) no one showed up or called. I left text message but rec'd no reponse At 1:30 (after 3 hours) we phoned and no one answered, we let a voice message At 2:00, still no contact. The only reason I give him 2 stars is because he responded quickly when we called two weeks ago and came out to do a free estimate for the kitchen sink that same evening. The gentleman determined there was no leak from the pipes underneath and that replacing the faucet would take care of the problem. He asked us to call him when we purchased the new equipment and said he would install any evening after 6pm for $150. Unfortunately, after calling 4-5 times and leaving 3 messages in a week, I never received a call back. I understand that people are busy, but at least a call back to say that he couldn't take the job after all would have been great. He did a supply valve replacement for my house, came on time, communicated well and provided a fair price and excellent work. Other plumbers claim to have 10-15 years experience and charge twice as much. I called Enriquez Plumbing because of the good reviews on Yelp and was not disappointed. About 5 minutes after I called, he returned my call. Via text and the smart phone, I sent him the photograph of the under counter water filter we needed installed. Based on the model and the photograph, he gave me a quote over the phone and we agreed on the day and time he'd be here. He came this morning right on time and was done in about 1/2 hour. He was very polite and courteous. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber. He's our go to plumber from now on. The main water supply shutoff valve for my house was broken and in need of replacement. I searched Yelp for plumbers in the Evergreen area, and Enriquez Plumbing stood out because of the high ratings and good reviews. I called and left a message requesting an estimate. Within minutes, Salomon called me back and said that he could be at my house right away. Once he arrived, he was able to quickly assess the work and give me an estimate, which was extremely reasonable for the work that needed to be done. I eventually decided to go with Enriquez Plumbing and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. Salomon arrived promptly as scheduled and in very short time I had a new shutoff value and pressure regulator. I could breathe easy and not worry about the valve failing in the near future. Awesome. Free estimates. Started with an estimate for a small job. Solomon's brother Ricky pointed a few other things that needed to be done. They gave a really good price on all the items. Best of all, Solomon came back to my house to fix an issue in the general area they worked on. The issue was not exactly part of the repair they did but might have been due to old pipes getting affected in the general work area. After coming home from work, I found that I had a busted main water line right at the water meter. If you need an expert to do the job, find Salomon. My leaking shower forcet valve problem was fixed in just around an hour with saw cutting, soldering and new valve installation. I got a wrong parts at the beginning and Salomon rearranged the time and made it done the same day. He will adjust water temperature for you. And he is honest with you about the facts and the plan. However, painting the wall was a different story. The reason why I picked Enriquez Blumping was because he offered a decent price and we communicated well during the whole process. Salomon and his crew was courteous and really care for the business. I had to watch what they were doing to meet my standard though/as what we agreed upon, this is the 4 stars' thing. Excellent ,dependable service! I called 5 top rated yelp plumbers on New Year's Eve to get quotes on replacing my main sewer line. Enriquez Plumbing was the ONLY plumber to respond. The owner, Salomon was quick to show up at my home to offer a fair estimate. He wanted to get right to work on New Year's day. After digging the trench for the sewer replacement it was discovered that my galvanized water line was corroded and also needed to be replaced. Salomon offered (and I accepted) his recommendation to replace the water main while the line was exposed and offered an excellent price. My electric water heater stopped working. It was literally plugged up. I called Enriquez plumbing the owner came over the same day within two hours and diagnosed the problem in five minutes. He agreed to replace the water heater and gave me his estimate. I called my brother in law and he told me to verify his license because his price was much lower than other plumbers. We recently had a plumbing problem. Our drainage system had been trickling water into the street gutter which is what it is suppose to do, except that we are in a drought. I looked under the house and there was standing water. I immediately did a search using YELP for a local plumber and I chose Enriquez Plumbing because of his positive YELP's. I called Soloman on a Saturday morning at 7:30 a.m. and described my problem. He said that he would be there in an hour. Soloman arrived an hour later. I found him to be prompt, courteous and knowledgeable about his craft. He analyzed the problem in which there were two scenario's: 1) the leak was in the main water line to the house 2) the leak was under the house. However he had to fix the obvious leak (main water valve at the house was corroded and would not shut off). He was able to fix that issue that day. Once that was done he was able to isolate the problem - it was the main the water line to the house. His crew arrived on Monday morning at 8:30 a.m. and immediately began to work. They were friendly and hard working. Soloman's goal was to complete the job at the end of the day. His crew had to tunnel under concrete decking and work on a day of 90 degree heat. When finished they cleaned up so all that was left was a small mound that followed the path of the main line. They completed the job at 6:45 p.m..
