I had been going to the Central Station location since May 2020 so it left a really bad taste when that location closed with no notice to customers and staff. Especially the week before Christmas when schedules are crazy to begin with. I moved my appointment to the Fern Creek location, hoping that this location would work out for me. Since I bought a single location pass, it can't be used at any other location. When I had my service done, the receptionist ended up having to comp one of my services since my pass wasn't transferable. Come to find out that there wasn't a plan in place for customers of Central Station to transfer the single locations to a new location. Another receptionist in a round about way told me that I shouldn't have bought a single location pass online. I bought the pass in summer 2024, with no indication that the location I preferred would be closed with no notice. I now have to go to the St. Matthews location, which is COMPLETELY out of my way. I did enjoy Kassidy, who completed my services. Quick and mostly painless and had a great energy. If you request a specific person, request her! For me - the issues with the wax passes are frustrating, the locations are inconvenient and at this point, it's a really easy decision to not renew and to no longer use European Wax Center.

Remember those reviews reflect your work but not who you are as a person. I also had nose filler done only to find out later they are supposed to use an ultrasound to make sure you don't go blind. They did NOT use an ultrasound and he injected me like 4 times and said done. I didn't know what the routine was so you trust these random people. Never again. I've already filed a formal complaint and will continue up the chain because they refuse to respond from their lack of care. I sat in my car for an hour trying to calm down because I couldn't believe what happened. The manager came out and said " I'm sure we can work something out" lol absolutely not.
