Him and his nurse made me feel comfortable and well informed. His staff all make me feel important when I am in the office. His team and I took our time outlining everything that I really wanted. Fast forward to me actually saying yes and scheduling and I was a nervous wreck. Fast forward to the pre-op and I was beyond impressed and proud. Dr Quintero had me take more precautions for my well being in the operating room than any of my friends had taken with their surgeons. I heard, "well I didn't have to do that" several times from others and I knew I made the correct decision. To the Public, my reviews keeps getting deleted on Google because this facility doesn't want you…read moreto know in how I was treated by this Facility..I was a Client at Calospa Rejuvenation Center in Louisville Ky for 20+years..I went to this facility on December 5th 2023..and talked to Dr Quintero & Lacy McCauley in how to treat the sagging around my mouth area, well these three ( Quacks) recommend me in having 3 rounds of Morpheus8 because they said it would fix the sagging, little did I know that this procedure would forever change my Life for the WORSE!! So me thinking I could trust these Professionals, I ended up having my Face Severely Damaged..so on December 5th I had a Procedure called Morpheus8, and Ashley Hatfield was Calospa Head Cordinator..this Medical Licensed Aesthetician supposed to have twelve years experience in lasor treatments and has multiple awards in Skin Care Especially , Lasor Treatments..Ashely was the provider that did this procedure on me , a month later after Morpheus8..my face was so badly damaged that both sides of my face was caved in & she caused severe trauma to my right eye in where the needles penetrated threw my eye..I had lost so much facial fat that I looked like death, so I go back to this facility and address my situation to Dr Quintero & all he did was gaslight me in thinking that this procedure couldn't melt Facial Fat, so that's when I decided to ask for my Medical Records & the lady at the front desk denied me of getting them that day.. a few days later I called and talked to Dr Calobrace head nurse & explained my situation, I asked her if she could possibly let me know the needle depth settings that Ashley used on me..her reply was OMG!! she used a 3mm under your eyelids and your whole face , and she said that this type of setting used on the face was insane..so for six months I tryed to get ahold of my medical records then I finally realized that I'd half to get an attorney..so that's what I did, in my medical records it states that I had multiple rounds of Sculptra placed in my butt, and this shows that my medical records were infact FALSIFIED!! Because never have I had Sculptra in my butt ( if i could prove this i would) this facility did used several rounds of Sculptra in my face to restore the DAMAGES..also in where I'd had been a client at this facility for 20+years , I knew a lady that worked at the other facility in Lexington Kentucky, and she told me that Ashley Hatfield would go around and say ..I got what I deserved, I know that this was done intentionally, but there's nothing that can be done ..but I can get my story out in where know one will ever go threw this ..My life never will be the same , I have SUFFERED like a dog from this Facility & they never fired Ashely Hatfield for any wrong doing..I have suffered Mentally and Emotionally and Physically..I have paid over 18,000 dollars on my face , and i still dont look nothing like myself & nothing holds up in where the Damages were so bad..SO PLEASE FIND YOU ANOTHER FACILITY DO NOT GO TO CALOSPA REJUVENATION CENTER OR Dr MAYS PLASTIC SURGERY in Louisville Ky ..Ashely Hatfield is working there now , so please to the Public Becareful !!

Dr. Chatham was on the list, along with two other well known Louisville plastic surgeons. From my first meeting with Dr. Chatham, I knew he was the one. As someone who's had plastic surgery before (a "mommy makeover" back in 2010), I already had an idea of who I was looking for: someone who didn't promise miracles, who was direct and honest about what could be done, and who really seemed to have my best interests and health at heart. A tall order for a plastic surgeon! Also, Dr. Chatham ONLY does facial surgeries, which made me confident he had the experience and focus to do the work I wanted. I was curious about both an upper/lower blepharoplasty, as well as a full on facelift. During our first consultation, Dr. Chatham suggested that I wasn't ready for a facelift -- and I probably wouldn't get the result I was looking for at this point. I'm 51 years old, so imagine how suprised I was to hear that feedback! Dr. Chatham is obviously a very knowledgeable expert, but two things really stood out to me: 1) his tone was kind, comforting, and conversational, 2) he made ME the focus of the discussion, instead of talking up his own expertise. Not only did Dr. Chatham answer all my questions, but he gave me his personal contact information so I could reach out whenever I had another one. He promptly answered all my follow up questions (and I had a LOT) and I felt completely confident in his information. The fact that he was also less expensive -- he does surgeries in New Albany, IN -- was a big bonus, but I would not have chosen him just based on money, obviously. The surgery was scheduled and Dr. Chatham and everyone on his staff (especially Janet!) was attentive and thorought. The procedure at Baptist hospital went super smoothly, and the hospital staff could not have been more supportive, kind, and attentive. Dr. Chatham himself reached out several times during my initial recovery and continues to make himself available even as I'm about a month out. And the results? So far, spectacular and exactly what I was hoping for. My husband tells me every day that I still look like myself, just refreshed and renews -- as if I had the best nap of my life. THAT'S what I was hoping for! I could not have asked for a better experience and I'd highly recommend Dr. Chatham and his office for any facial procedure you're interested in.

Nothing I'd tried was helping much, so I reached out for professional help and I'm so glad I did. Lindsey was right on time, very friendly and professional, and it was clear from the start that I was in excellent hands. She explained the processes, devices and products she would be using and encouraged me to ask questions if I wanted as we went along. The entire experience was very relaxing and pampering, and best of all, effective. I do not recommend CaloSpa. I was given a gift certificate for a 50-minute massage and went to use…read moreit in December 2025, only to be told it was no longer valid because it was purchased in February 2020 and their gift certificates "expire after five years." This expiration policy was never stated anywhere on the gift certificate. There is no expiration date listed and nothing indicating it would become invalid. It was extremely disappointing to be told I couldn't use the gift certificate especially when the service was fully paid for and clearly specified on the certificate. This feels misleading and unfair to customers who receive gift certificates in good faith. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing or gifting certificates from CaloSpa unless all expiration terms are clearly disclosed in writing.
