To the Public, I only want to get my story out in how I was treated at Calospa Rejuvenation Center…read morein Louisville Ky , I had been a client with Calospa for 20+years ..so I went to this facility and explained my situation to Dr Quintero and Lacy McCauley in how I was going threw Menopause & how my face hadn't looked the same in months , so they recommended me in having 3 to 4 rounds of Morpheus8 Procedures so for one treatment of having a MORPHEUS8 PROCEDURE was $1,200 ) so little did I know that this Procedure WOULD FOREVER CHANGE MY LIFE FOR THE WORSE!! so on December 5th, 2023 ..I had a Morpheus8 Procedure , Ashely Hatfield was the Provider that did this Procedure on me , She's a Medical Licensed Aesthetician with twelve years experience in lasor procedures and has multiple awards in Skin Care, especially Morpheus8 Procedures..so before this Procedure Ashely used a numbing serum on my face for 30 minutes before she started with this Procedure, so while she was Purposely Melting my face I told her that my face was burning & her comment was( this is norma)l..so during this Procedure she hooked a hoes to the machine and started blowing off my face, and she never looked at the settings on this machine ..so during this Procedure I felt the needles penetrate threw my right eye and that's when I told her to stop this Procedure..so after a month from having this Procedure , I noticed Catastrophic Facial Fat Loss In where both sides of my face was caved in , that's when I went back to Calospa & addressed my situation to Dr Quintero and his exact words were this is impossible that a Morpheus8 Procedure cannot melt Facial Fat , all Dr Quintero did was gaslight me ..so when I asked for my Medical Records at the front desk, the lady denied me in getting them ..days later I called and they kept telling me they couldn't take my call, so that's when I knew I would half to get ahold of an attorney, so six months later when I received my medical records I knew that they were infact Falsified , so it states that I had several treatments of Sculptra placed into my buttocks, which Definitely is a LIE , this never happened..but I did have rounds of Sculptra placed into my FACE due to the Catastrophic Facial Fat Loss & the Extensive Facial Fat Tissue that had been Melted from my face , so knowing that this facility never Fired Ashely Hatfield for any wrong doing, I knew I Wouldn't never go back to this facility, so that's when I decided to go to May's Plastic Surgery Center in Louisville Ky, I explained my situation to Dr May's in how Ashely Hatfield damaged my face at Calospa Rejuvenation Center, Dr Mays knew Ashely Hatfield because he worked with her at Calospa before he opened up his own practice..so that's when Dr Mays recommended me in having more rounds of Sculptra to restore my face, so that's what I did ..I go back a month later to find out that Dr Mays hired Ashely Hatfield to work for his practice..BOY !! if this wasn't a slap in my face, so months later I took this photo (that's posted ) to several Plastic Surgeons to only find out in what they thought the needle depth setting that Ashely could have used on me , in where my whole face had been Severely Melted , and they told me by the way I looked before and after this procedure, Ashely used a 3mm or 4mm or (maybe higher) needle depth setting & she used this settings under my eyelids causing severe trama to my right eye..I honestly don't understand how a Medical Licensed Aesthetician with twelve years experience & with this much Expertise could cause Catastrophic Damage to one's face , so now it's been almost three years and I've paid out over $ 18,000 Thousand Dollars to restore my face and where the DAMAGES were so bad that my face won't hold up due to the Extensive Facial Fat Tissue that was Melted from the hands of Ashely Hatfield..I have Suffered Mentally and Emotionally and Physically from this Provider for three years & these Facility's..My Family & my Kids has also Suffered from this Provider because I'll never be the same as I once was , all she had to have done was used a needle depth setting of 0.5 mm and now I have PTSD over this..Please for the Love of God, becareful in who you let touch your face, I researched Ashely Hatfield and her reviews were really good , that's what I don't understand how a Medical Licensed Aesthetician with twelve years experience could cause this much Damage to one's Face..Please find you another facility & please do not go to May's Plastic Surgery Center in Louisville Ky, because Ashely works in the Med Spa Department, please don't let this woman come near your Face..Thank you & God Bless

Dr. Chatham was on the list, along with two other well known Louisville plastic surgeons. From my first meeting with Dr. Chatham, I knew he was the one. As someone who's had plastic surgery before (a "mommy makeover" back in 2010), I already had an idea of who I was looking for: someone who didn't promise miracles, who was direct and honest about what could be done, and who really seemed to have my best interests and health at heart. A tall order for a plastic surgeon! Also, Dr. Chatham ONLY does facial surgeries, which made me confident he had the experience and focus to do the work I wanted. I was curious about both an upper/lower blepharoplasty, as well as a full on facelift. During our first consultation, Dr. Chatham suggested that I wasn't ready for a facelift -- and I probably wouldn't get the result I was looking for at this point. I'm 51 years old, so imagine how suprised I was to hear that feedback! Dr. Chatham is obviously a very knowledgeable expert, but two things really stood out to me: 1) his tone was kind, comforting, and conversational, 2) he made ME the focus of the discussion, instead of talking up his own expertise. Not only did Dr. Chatham answer all my questions, but he gave me his personal contact information so I could reach out whenever I had another one. He promptly answered all my follow up questions (and I had a LOT) and I felt completely confident in his information. The fact that he was also less expensive -- he does surgeries in New Albany, IN -- was a big bonus, but I would not have chosen him just based on money, obviously. The surgery was scheduled and Dr. Chatham and everyone on his staff (especially Janet!) was attentive and thorought. The procedure at Baptist hospital went super smoothly, and the hospital staff could not have been more supportive, kind, and attentive. Dr. Chatham himself reached out several times during my initial recovery and continues to make himself available even as I'm about a month out. And the results? So far, spectacular and exactly what I was hoping for. My husband tells me every day that I still look like myself, just refreshed and renews -- as if I had the best nap of my life. THAT'S what I was hoping for! I could not have asked for a better experience and I'd highly recommend Dr. Chatham and his office for any facial procedure you're interested in.

This expiration policy was never stated anywhere on the gift certificate. There is no expiration date listed and nothing indicating it would become invalid. It was extremely disappointing to be told I couldn't use the gift certificate especially when the service was fully paid for and clearly specified on the certificate. This feels misleading and unfair to customers who receive gift certificates in good faith. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing or gifting certificates from CaloSpa unless all expiration terms are clearly disclosed in writing.
