They even have non-dairy options like sorbets. There's ZERO space to sit, as it's idea is to buy the ice cream and enjoy it outside. There's a small park with benches and a gazebo across the street from the ice-cream shop. The line does get pretty wild during the hot weathers. Pricing wise, I think their mini is enough to satisfy an ice cream fix. For only $6 something plus tax, you get 4 small scoops of ice cream where you can mix and match up to 2 flavours (2 flavours per scoop). You can also make a milkshake with any flavours of your choosing.

Some of my highlights from the festival include the following - Vegan chocolate chip shortbread by Eat By Shortbread (accepts credit cards) - Cute starfish and cloud sugar cookies by Brianna's Sweet Treats - Raspberry coconut butter tarts sold at Enniskillen General Store The raspberry coconut butter tarts are amazing! If you are a coconut fan who loves a yummy raspberry filling that has the right balance of tartness and sweetness, this tart is for you. It is incredibly delicious and fresh. I was devastated when I couldn't remember the business that makes these tarts. I contacted Enniskillen General Store on Facebook and got a quick response. The store sell these tarts year-round. Yay! I went into the store and it sells Kawartha ice cream, which is my favourite ice cream ever. I didn't get any, but I will next time I am there, along with stocking up on more butter tarts. It's a wonderful area. It did get busy during the Butter Tart Festival. I parked on the side of the road and got my exercise walking over to butter tart heaven. The best part is the little park across..and sometimes they block the street and have picnic tables. There are not a lot of ice cream places with seating outside in the Whitby/Oshawa area (which is strange) so having the park is a nice option. Parking lot beside requires payment..even in the evenings. Pay the buck for the hour because they will ticket you.
