The owner is aggressive. The water has been out all day. This is the 3rd time in 2 months. ***Update coming!** I was told to "take my review down or you won't ike what happens" by the owner Stephanie. I said no so she immediately trespassed us and called the cops. Since we had prepaid for the whole month and she couldn't refund till the morning we didn't have to leave right then. (Ennis PD, the 3 patrol man and officer Boggs had the matter managed in under 10 minutes) Then when refund time came they tried to charge us $55 (the daily rate) for 6 days instead of the $26 a day monthly rate. They tried to keep more money than they were owed. In the end the owner told the manager to "just do the refund". I mean, yay, she "just did" the right thing but she did it reluctantly. Moral of the story, don't complain to management when management is breaking their own rules, don't you dare leave a negative review. And always triple check your bill read more
