The nurses were kind and compassionate. They even found an iPhone charger for me since I was in observation for 8 hours. I had X-rays, medications, IVs, and labs. Dr. Ott kept me informed; he was very detailed and comprehensive. While I was waiting they ordered lunch for me too. The results were quick and the treatment was effective. I left feeling much better and at peace. Thank you. In gratitude. Paul S.

She told me doctor could charge what he wants to with me having no insurance. I explained I have insurance but my child who is in foster care only has medicaid. She had no remorse at all and continously told my husband he had to leave the waiting area all while my 10 month old foster child with 105 temp was crying. Just awful experience. I cried leaving this place. NEVER have had such a bad experience here all the times I have come. I can only think it is because the child is on welfare.

Quality in their products and services is notable the moment you walk in the office. The staff is knowledgeable and patient to suggest the right treatment or procedure your skin needs. Julia and Whitney performed an Acne Sterilization and Black Charcoal Mask treatment on my face. Not only were they gentle but also informative while performing the procedure. Highly recommend visiting these ladies for any skin care procedure. As a man, we tend to be intimidated by visiting a Medical Spa like this but Briarwood has a great atmosphere and positive vibe. The glass of wine I received is definitely a plus.
