Hi, I have had an…read moreinjury for the past year that consists of SI Joint pain, torqued pelvis and constant disc flare ups. Something that worked for me a little was Myofascial Release treatments w the combination of acupuncture. Then I got recommended to Charles for something called "rolfing". I had never heard of it before. But since being in a lot of pain at age 29 I decided to give it a try. I have now had 5 out of the ten sessions and I can finally sit! Seriously, this is a big deal for me. A torqued pelvis with disc issues suck and Charles is really fixing me through these sessions. I would say I feel 50% better than I did, so hopefully I'm right on track to 100%. Charles makes you feel very comfortable during sessions with being very elaborate and answering every question u might have. He's very nice, knows his stuff and can carry on a nice conversation on a consistent basis.
