I underwent an Independent Medical Examination (IME) in connection with a workers' compensation…read morecase. I respectfully disagree with the conclusions of this report. My treating physicians, as well as other independent medical evaluations, have documented findings consistent with traumatic brain injury/post-concussion syndrome and ongoing symptoms affecting my daily functioning. These opinions were based on clinical evaluations over time and supported by diagnostic testing and imaging studies. In contrast, this IME concluded that there is no cognitive impairment and attributed my symptoms primarily to adjustment disorder. I believe this conclusion does not fully reflect the broader medical record, the longitudinal nature of my symptoms, or prior diagnostic findings from other medical professionals involved in my care. I am currently reviewing this report with legal counsel and continuing to pursue further medical evaluation to ensure a complete and accurate assessment of my condition. Be very careful with him
