We asked about the vegan options and minutes later, the owner and head chef, "Chef Necce". This is a no frills convenience store. The bathrooms are single stall and could have used some cleaning during my stop, but it got the job done. The staff was friendly and I was surprised at the availability of fresh food! In fact, one staff member was making fresh pepperoni pizza while we were in the store.
