If you are ever in beautiful sweet Battle, go and check out this little shop. It's on High Street, a few meters from the Abbey. I went past it several times and overlooked it because it seemed too crammed. However, once in I found it quite quirky. Not least because of its charming owner ready to give a helping hand and quite a few curios about Battle and its history. They sell all sorts of accessories, silver jewellery, clothes, decoration, gifts...Hence the name Enigma. I ended up buying a necklace I liked, for the price which was half of what I would have paid for it anywhere else. All in all, a pleasant shopping experience. read more

I visited battle yesterday and stumbled across this shop, well what can i say they sell all sorts of interesting and unique gifts as well as jewellery and clothes. The owner was polite and helpful as well as supplying me with the best place to grab some food! I bought a little ornament for my home and I am chuffed to bits with it.
