When I called Wednesday for an update, they explained the wheel couldn't be refinished due to its forged construction, but they could clean it up making the damage nearly invisible from 10 feet away. They finished Thursday, and to my surprise, the charge was only $125. I've washed my car three times since, and I genuinely cannot see where the damage was. They did a fantastic job. If I ever need wheel repair again, I'm going straight back to them. Minor drawbacks: Their 9-5 M-F hours are inconvenient for dropping off a car, and communication about progress could be better. That said, the quality of work more than makes up for it.

Jade Tire Shop does not stand behind their work…read more I paid to have a wheel repaired here and less than 30 days later, the wheel cracked again in the exact same spot they repaired. When I contacted them, I was told I would have to pay again for the same repair. They have no warranty, no accountability, and no effort to make it right -- despite the failure happening almost immediately. Good customer service means standing behind your work, not charging customers repeatedly for the same failed repair. If you choose to come here, understand that if the repair doesn't last, you'll be paying all over again. I would not return and cannot recommend this shop.
