The last month was horrible, 4-5 students per instructor. One time during session the only instructor that was there even answered the phones! I advise parents to get out of their cars and observe what they are throwing their money at. You are throwing your money down the drain! Unless you have an endless stream of cash then right go ahead. Lady owner is also so mean. She likes to hide the blocks from my son who has Austism and ADHD. Said they are for fractions, but she's just plain mean, unempathetic and overworks her employees, so she can leave the leave early. Yea, I may be on my phone, but I'm always watching.

We started her off with Math, because it was an area she was least confident in. 8 months in and we are so impressed with her improvement! She tackles math problems with confidence and easily works independently on her homework. We loved our experience so much, we decided to enroll my 4 year old son as well. While my daughter and son may not always enjoy the daily homework, they always enjoy going to Kumon class - which I think is a testament to the instructors and Ms. Masuma. Though hesitant at first I have found online tutoring convenient since the student does it from home and the timing of 9 pm suits my teenager because it is after all school activities and homework is done. (She also offers online tutoring before 3 pm) The software used meets the needs, Christine comes prepared for each lesson and does a good job of assessing student needs. We send review sheets, homework and graded work as pictures to her before the lesson so this doesn't cut into tutoring time.
