The only reason I can't give five stars is because toward the end of the process everything prior to closing was very rushed. Final numbers were delivered until the day of closing. This concerned me since I had questions throughout about property tax and fees. Everything ended up working out very well but those last few moments were enough to stress me out. I would recommend them for the future. Due to Covid I never actually visited the office. And never met anyone in person. I know phone calls happened all times of the day and even when some of the staff were out of the office on vacation days.

It took them 2 months and several emails and phone calls for them to give me the same news that another lender in the area gave me in 2 days. There was no urgency from them at all. Somehow, they have been put in charge of family's major financial decisions. I will never deal with them again. Buying a house is the most important financial investment a family can make. I strongly recommend against using them for anything.
