Came in for a couples massage and left feeling totally relaxed and renewed. The space was clean, and while I usually prefer disposable covers for the face pillow, everything felt fresh and sanitary. The two women who worked on us were incredibly kind and attentive -- chatting softly over the relaxing music, which somehow added to the cozy, comforting vibe rather than taking away from it. They were hands-on in the best way, really working through the tension and knots in my shoulders. I could feel the stress melting away. Usually I love this place, it's no frills just a good massage. But last night My Husband and I got a 60 minute massage for Valentine's Day and the two older woman we had were talking to each other NON STOP during the whole massage! They were so involved in their conversation that she was just staying on one side of my body. The lady my Husband had rubbed one leg and forgot to do the other! The massage itself was actually really good, but a couple things took away from the overall experience. First, there was no intake or massage paper to fill out beforehand, so they didn't know where I wanted them to focus--which kind of defeats the purpose of a personalized massage. The biggest issue though was during our couples massage, the two massage therapists talked to each other in Chinese the entire time. Downward trend. Used to be better. Went recently and discovered my regular masseuse is gone. Woman who did my massage was ok but seemed unhappy. I asked her why the sour face and what happened to the other girl. She told me employees are unhappy and many are talking about leaving. I was looking for a massage place and reviewed a few before coming across this place. I decided to book online due to their online 20% off first time booking. While I was there I was greeted and given a room. The room was small. It looked like a room in a house which I wasn't used to but I wanted to give it a try anyway. The woman came and introduced herself. She asked the level I wanted. I like to relax so nothing rough. I had to remind her several times to ease the tension and her response "oh I have strong hands". During the massage I heard the the person in the other room and it wasn't as relaxing as I have experienced with other places. Towards the end of the massage she asked if I wanted a face massage. I told her no. I guess she forgot as she started to touch my face and I had to remind her not to touch my face. She apologized. When I went to pay I told the lady that was charging me I booked online with the 20% off for my first time booking. She then said "oh they are doing that, but it's cash only" I said "it didn't say that" she proceeded to give me a card for 3rd visit half off or something. She did not honor the online booking. I paid and left. I doubt I'll ever go back. My experience alone by wanting to relax just made me left feeling eh. read more

I got a Groupon to try this place out since I'm looking for a new spot. I had some very tight neck muscles and was happy to finally get some relief. I showed up early, expecting a higher-end massage. However, I was taken aback by the front room's setup, which was right next to the walkway and near the front door. My masseuse was okay, but the noise was horrible. It was hard to relax with people constantly coming in and out, the bells on the door, and the banging as it opened and closed. The loud talking in the front area made it even more difficult to unwind. Overall, it felt like a massage at Square One Mall. I couldn't really relax. read more

The woman was absolutely clueless. if my boyfriend wasn't in the middle of his massage, I would've gotten up after 10 minutes and left. The masseuse had her phone on the bed and it rang on full volume 3 separate times during the 60 minute massage I had. And she said "sorry" and answered it the last time. I also was hoping for deep tissue because I'm an athlete and she gave me like a very nice back rub- but I could've asked my fiancé for a back rub haha. When I walked in I was asked what my problems were and what I like in a massage then I was very quickly given a room and told to undress. Which I actually liked the no messing around and straight to the point vibe. The room was very relaxing and had a nice ambiance to it. The lights were dimmed and a pleasant melody was playing with water sounds as well. My masseuse knocked before she came in and asked what kind of pressure I preferred which I loved :) The massage felt wonderful!! She really is good at her job haha. I went to (lily). The only part that caught me by surprise was when she went to rub my lower back she pulled down my underwear and exposed me LOL and then she left the blanket off my exposed butt the whole time... but im not sure if thats a normal thing to do or not?? Wonderful place, great service and VERY clean (even during Covid)! They take your temperature, have hand sanitizer, and always wear masks. I have gone to about 6 appointments since I got a Groupon for here for a 60 min deep tissue massage. And every third massage you get 90 minutes for the price if 60. They are VERY reasonably priced for what you are getting. I have gone through many of their masseuses and they are all super nice, wonderful and respectful. I always leave very relaxed. They really do give me hard pressure, which I ask for. Their is calming music and dimmed lighting, which I always love. The table and linen are very comfortable, as well. You have the option for hot stones as well towards the end. Just overall a lovely experience! They accept credit cards but prefer cash, so keep that in mind. And always tip! read more

I have been to Energy Massage 3 times but today was the last. Right when we walked in and changed we told the receptionist that we wanted relaxing couples massage with hot stones. She said ok. Well we have no idea what we got. Spend a few dollars more and get a real massage. They forgot hot stones altogether in my massage too. I left without a tip because a tip is earned for a service provided. Not for nothing. It's also very loud in the rooms. You can't relax. Skip this place. I got a 60 minute couples massage. My partner would have rated her masseuse a 5/5 while I would have given mine a 2/5. My massage felt rushed. The person massaging me spent very little time on any place and seemed to just be going through the motions. I kept waiting for the massage to actually start and then it ended. I walked out of the massage feeling almost as sore as when I walked in. The location seems clean and nice, but voices and noise from the front counter were loud and distracting. The people were friendly though. Overall, it seems like an okay place but the quality of your massage will likely vary and if you get a bad masseur, it will feel like a waste of money and an hour. read more

So now I am writing this review - AGAIN - Yelp please leave it and contact me if you have further concerns. I initially went to Energy Massage for a foot reflexology session cause they were running special discounts (through May 1, 2019) for the first couple months of opening. The session was awesome and Judy applied great pressure in all the right places (kinda even hurts a bit but in a good way that you can still feel it after you leave). I'm sure she could do softer (she kept checking if I was OK with the pressure). Its so hard to find a good foot reflexology place / person that does it well vs more of a soft foot massage (which is great too but different). Had another session with someone else there who was OK but I have had similar elsewhere. And after the discounts expire, their prices will be higher than some places, but also less than some as well. I'll definitely go back but maybe not as often. But it was a great session. read more

I didn't get asked any questions really prior to the massage in the beginning there was little to no lotion but overall the massage was good and you can't beat the price. They were talking throughout the massage and it was hard for me to relax but it didn't last that long.
