The place is nice and comfortable, and the massage therapists are excellent. They pay close attention to the areas that need more work and adjust the massage based on your needs. If you have specific requests, they are patient and do their best to make sure you feel comfortable. The massage was very relaxing, and I felt much better afterward. Overall, it was a good experience and a nice place to go for a massage. read more

Found the location via Groupon. Overall a decent experience. Our appointment was delayed, but we were promptly greeted and offered water. Once placed in a room, we still waited a bit longer. The tables were very nice and large, pretty comfortable. I'd like to have had a cushion for larger busty women. This would make it much more comfortable. The massage therapist switched a couple of times. This was somewhat interruptive. I felt a lot of time was spent on the upper back, and some on the legs. By the time we were told to turn over, the massage was over within 5-7 minutes. Also, when getting the rocks, or additional oil, it was quite noisy. It disrupted the calm peaceful environment. One technician felt more experienced than the other. Mine had a very light touch. Overall, it was average. read more

I'm from out of town and visit here regularly to see family and this is a planned excursion every time. The folks at Energy are always friendly and professional providing a relaxing, unhurried experience. Thank you for another wonderful visit! read more

Terrible massage! Do urself a favor and don't book here. If you actually know what a good massage is, you will not like it here. They absolutely do not know how to massage (forget deep tissue- they have no clue)! Save the money and go elsewhere! Dont believe me? Try them and you will learn the hard way. Awful spot! read more

Came in for a couples massage and left feeling totally relaxed and renewed. The space was clean, and while I usually prefer disposable covers for the face pillow, everything felt fresh and sanitary. The two women who worked on us were incredibly kind and attentive -- chatting softly over the relaxing music, which somehow added to the cozy, comforting vibe rather than taking away from it. They were hands-on in the best way, really working through the tension and knots in my shoulders. I could feel the stress melting away. If you're looking for a massage that's both caring and effective, this place is worth a visit. read more

The massage itself was actually really good, but a couple things took away from the overall experience. First, there was no intake or massage paper to fill out beforehand, so they didn't know where I wanted them to focus--which kind of defeats the purpose of a personalized massage. The biggest issue though was during our couples massage, the two massage therapists talked to each other in Chinese the entire time. It was constant and really distracting when you're trying to relax. Besides that, the pressure and technique were solid. Just wish the environment had been more peaceful. read more

Usually I love this place, it's no frills just a good massage. But last night My Husband and I got a 60 minute massage for Valentine's Day and the two older woman we had were talking to each other NON STOP during the whole massage! They were so involved in their conversation that she was just staying on one side of my body. The lady my Husband had rubbed one leg and forgot to do the other! The most unrelaxing massage I have ever had. I cant believe they talked for the whole 60 minutes. I still tipped them because I don't suck but I really wish I didn't. read more

I love this place!!!! It's so easy to get an appointment and they are very accommodating. The prices are excellent as is the quality of the massage. I'm a bodybuilder and need a lot of pressure on my deep tissue massages. They provide the best deep tissue massages I've gotten outside of a specialized private therapist. I've been there three times now and had excellent experiences every time. I will definitely be back and highly recommended them! read more

Amazing 60 minute massage, 10/10 recommend! Simply put this was the best massage I've ever gotten, I immediately booked my next appointment. The place is very much local non chain vibes but the quality of the massage was amazing. Idk what I loved more the massage, the hot stones or her stretching my limbs after the massage but it was all incredible. 10/10 would recommend! read more

Downward trend. Used to be better. Went recently and discovered my regular masseuse is gone. Woman who did my massage was ok but seemed unhappy. I asked her why the sour face and what happened to the other girl. She told me employees are unhappy and many are talking about leaving. Word is no one likes the boss and mostly just the old ladies who can't find work anywhere else stick around. Tried to find out where my old masseuse works now but no luck there. read more

really amazing massage! they really focused on getting knots out and I felt rejuvenated afterwards

These ladies do a phenomenal job at massages! Relaxing ambiance and very friendly staff. 5 stars for the service and price. read more

Karina was AMAZING! When they say "deep tissue massage," they mean it! I walked in, in a ton of pain and felt a million times better once I left. She really focused on the area I told her was causing me the most pain. The hot stones and warm towel were so nice as well. I will definitely be back! read more

I was looking for a massage place and reviewed a few before coming across this place. I decided to book online due to their online 20% off first time booking. While I was there I was greeted and given a room. The room was small. It looked like a room in a house which I wasn't used to but I wanted to give it a try anyway. The woman came and introduced herself. She asked the level I wanted. I like to relax so nothing rough. I had to remind her several times to ease the tension and her response "oh I have strong hands". During the massage I heard the the person in the other room and it wasn't as relaxing as I have experienced with other places. Towards the end of the massage she asked if I wanted a face massage. I told her no. I guess she forgot as she started to touch my face and I had to remind her not to touch my face. She apologized. When I went to pay I told the lady that was charging me I booked online with the 20% off for my first time booking. She then said "oh they are doing that, but it's cash only" I said "it didn't say that" she proceeded to give me a card for 3rd visit half off or something. She did not honor the online booking. I paid and left. I doubt I'll ever go back. My experience alone by wanting to relax just made me left feeling eh. read more

I got a Groupon to try this place out since I'm looking for a new spot. I had some very tight neck muscles and was happy to finally get some relief. I showed up early, expecting a higher-end massage. However, I was taken aback by the front room's setup, which was right next to the walkway and near the front door. My masseuse was okay, but the noise was horrible. It was hard to relax with people constantly coming in and out, the bells on the door, and the banging as it opened and closed. The loud talking in the front area made it even more difficult to unwind. Overall, it felt like a massage at Square One Mall. I couldn't really relax. read more

I go here at least once a month and they are all amazing. Great massages, amazing prices and I always leave feeling refreshed and ready for a nap. I've been going here for 2 years and I'm so glad I found this place when I lived here! read more

This place is amazing, the service was pretty good. The overall service is more than good, people was very friendly. About the place I want to say that is small but very clean and it is the most important thing for me. They are very professional with their job and I'm definitely coming back. Amy was super helpful. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a peaceful time. read more

The masseuse had her phone on the bed and it rang on full volume 3 separate times during the 60 minute massage I had. And she said "sorry" and answered it the last time. I also was hoping for deep tissue because I'm an athlete and she gave me like a very nice back rub- but I could've asked my fiancé for a back rub haha. She finished the massage by lifting my legs up about a foot and dropping them on the table about 5 times. And I laughed out loud because it was so silly. I wasn't rude to her and she wasn't rude to me, I just don't anticipate going back. read more

went for a couples massage today. Masseuse had absolutely no idea what she was doing. Probably the worst massage I've ever had. The woman was absolutely clueless. if my boyfriend wasn't in the middle of his massage, I would've gotten up after 10 minutes and left. When I went to pay all the owner was concerned about was if I would pay in cash. I would never go back to this place again. All the owner cared about was her not paying taxes and getting a cash deal. read more

I had a full body massage I purchased from Groupon for this place. They were able to accommodate me 30 minutes before they opened for the day, and the certificate was easy to use. I had Lilly for my masseuse, and she was wonderful. I asked for medium strength to get the knots out, and she did absolutely that. I would absolutely recommend this place and Lilly. read more

I've come here 5 times. I had ONE good massage by Lily. She's the best. Don't bother coming here unless you request her. I tipped 20% on a SHITTY massage, and the owner acted like it wasn't enough... she's lucky I even tipped! read more

This place is a hidden gem. I always leave so relaxed! I've been at least 10 times over the past year.

Just tried out this place after 2 coworkers recommended it to me! When I walked in I was asked what my problems were and what I like in a massage then I was very quickly given a room and told to undress. Which I actually liked the no messing around and straight to the point vibe. The room was very relaxing and had a nice ambiance to it. The lights were dimmed and a pleasant melody was playing with water sounds as well. My masseuse knocked before she came in and asked what kind of pressure I preferred which I loved :) The massage felt wonderful!! She really is good at her job haha. I went to (lily). The only part that caught me by surprise was when she went to rub my lower back she pulled down my underwear and exposed me LOL and then she left the blanket off my exposed butt the whole time... but im not sure if thats a normal thing to do or not?? Anyways, the massage was great, butt exposed or not, and I booked for my second in the same week! (Spa was exceptionally clean and everyone wore a mask) read more

I didn't like this place the first time I went but then I tried it again and it was the best massage I ever had! Only $60 for an hour massage and then you get a rewards card - buy two massages and then get 30 minutes free! You can't beat this value anywhere. My massage therapist was Monica. She was great! read more

Wonderful place, great service and VERY clean (even during Covid)! They take your temperature, have hand sanitizer, and always wear masks. I have gone to about 6 appointments since I got a Groupon for here for a 60 min deep tissue massage. And every third massage you get 90 minutes for the price if 60. They are VERY reasonably priced for what you are getting. I have gone through many of their masseuses and they are all super nice, wonderful and respectful. I always leave very relaxed. They really do give me hard pressure, which I ask for. Their is calming music and dimmed lighting, which I always love. The table and linen are very comfortable, as well. You have the option for hot stones as well towards the end. Just overall a lovely experience! They accept credit cards but prefer cash, so keep that in mind. And always tip! read more

I have been to Energy Massage 3 times but today was the last. Right when we walked in and changed we told the receptionist that we wanted relaxing couples massage with hot stones. She said ok. Well we have no idea what we got. Spend a few dollars more and get a real massage. They forgot hot stones altogether in my massage too. I left without a tip because a tip is earned for a service provided. Not for nothing. It's also very loud in the rooms. You can't relax. Skip this place. I'm leaving this review so they make changes to help their business. read more

I booked a deep tissue massage from a Groupon Purchase The massage was anything but relaxing !!! The pressure was so deep, I hurt after leaving and the following day. I'm unsure if the therapists are licensed. The massage consisted of them working with their elbows and forearms, which was not relaxing at all read more

Found a groupon online, decided to try this out. Their prices are VERY reasonable (on par with chain parlors like Elements/Envy), even without the discount. Very friendly staff, front-desk and masseuse. They did a solid deep tissue massage, applying increased/decreased pressure as requested/desired. Conveniently located right off Rt 1 north, near the Applebees. read more

I would give this place 10 stars instead of five! This place is great and these girls are amazing!!! I have had very bad neck pain and shoulder pains due to my job and since I started going to this place I have had no pains at all! Lisa got all of the problem areas and reset my whole body and when I walk out I feel like a new person. I wish I could go every week. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. read more

I got a 60 minute couples massage. My partner would have rated her masseuse a 5/5 while I would have given mine a 2/5. My massage felt rushed. The person massaging me spent very little time on any place and seemed to just be going through the motions. I kept waiting for the massage to actually start and then it ended. I walked out of the massage feeling almost as sore as when I walked in. The location seems clean and nice, but voices and noise from the front counter were loud and distracting. The people were friendly though. Overall, it seems like an okay place but the quality of your massage will likely vary and if you get a bad masseur, it will feel like a waste of money and an hour. read more

I wrote this review once and Yelp deleted it, thinking its fake. I'm real, I don't write many reviews cause I couldn't be bothered. I don't live my life to spout reviews and usually places I go already have a ton of reviews so I wouldn't be adding value, or cause my wife does the review for us under her account. This is new business which had no reviews. I enjoyed their service and told them I did, and I said I would write a review. So now I am writing this review - AGAIN - Yelp please leave it and contact me if you have further concerns. I initially went to Energy Massage for a foot reflexology session cause they were running special discounts (through May 1, 2019) for the first couple months of opening. The session was awesome and Judy applied great pressure in all the right places (kinda even hurts a bit but in a good way that you can still feel it after you leave). I'm sure she could do softer (she kept checking if I was OK with the pressure). Its so hard to find a good foot reflexology place / person that does it well vs more of a soft foot massage (which is great too but different). Had another session with someone else there who was OK but I have had similar elsewhere. And after the discounts expire, their prices will be higher than some places, but also less than some as well. I'll definitely go back but maybe not as often. But it was a great session. read more

I found this place through groupon and booked a very last minute couples massage and was happy we were able to get it! Everyone there was very nice and the place was clean. I didn't get asked any questions really prior to the massage in the beginning there was little to no lotion but overall the massage was good and you can't beat the price. They were talking throughout the massage and it was hard for me to relax but it didn't last that long. My boyfriend loved it way more than me but I think that's because I'm very sensitive to pressure and enjoy more of a quiet setting. read more

I always enjoy my massages here. I leave floating off the table. I was slightly bruised on my back afterwards but that happens sometimes depending on the pressure. All in all, still a great experience and I'd go back! read more

Would come here again! Hrs are great for those who get off work late. They were flexible with my reservation- and prices are reasonable. I had the one hr fully body massage and would do it again. My only complaint was that my masseuse applied a bruising pressure at one spot of my spine- I think it was an accident. read more

Great customer service, I leave feeling like a whole new person every time. Highly recommend!

Ive been here 7-8x over the last 2 months. I love them so much. Such wonderful therapy!

This was one of my worst massages ever... The lady basically rubbed me the whole time. I asked for a massage not a 90min rub down. she'd put her elbow in it every 15-20 minutes after just piling her hands and rubbing my body. THE WORST EVER.. Then when leaving I was giving a tip I felt was good the lady told me I needed to give 20% no matter what I'd not recommend this place ever!!! read more

Didn't really feel comfortable with the amount of nudity involved. Felt like there was a degree of voyeurism there and it seems from reviews that I was forced to stand around nude for a lot longer than other clients :/ read more
