Best parts: Spotless hotel-I thought the hotel was possibly brand new but it's not-it's like 16 years old. Beautifully clean in every way, no matter where you look. They even mopped the (spotless) pool deck while we were there. Great pool, super hot spa (only for 15 minutes!), we liked it so much we stayed an extra day just to relax. Wonderful, helpful, kind hotel staff. Deluxe, extensive choices for breakfast-best buffet I've seen at a hotel also. Eggs and ham? Yes! Biscuits and gravy-oh yeah! Cereals, oatmeal bar with all kinds of nuts and fruit to add. Yep! Breads and bagels and muffins and Nutella. Yass! Enjoy cow milk or plant based milks? They had 4 choices!! Juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, vanilla steamer etc? It's all there and it's all included in your stay! I have no affiliation with the company or its employees, and no one asked me to leave a review-we just really enjoyed our stay. I came back to California and told all of my friends about the hotel, haha! Just incase they go to Wyoming.

For example, during this stay, out of 5 lamps/sconces in my cabin, every one of them had a bulb out, resulting in the interior feeling very dim/under-lit. During the day I could open the window shades for more light but then privacy was diminished. Also, there were many, many dust bunnies under the beds and extensive and obviously aged cobwebs (meaning they appeared to have been there a LONG time) in every corner and on every lamp and sconce. It's still the only place to stay in Mountain View, and the location is convenient with a very-well-stocked Mavericks gas station across the street, a coffee shop down the street, and easy access to a major highway. I booked a room, and had a confirmation from the hotel that my check in time was approved. We waiting outside of this business for about 2 hours, the sign on the door said closed, and nobody picked up the phone. We left to get food and came back, nothing had changed except a young boy answered the phone and told us that his mother, the owner, was not at the business. We saw a group of people standing in the hotel office and went inside. The lights were on, door left unlocked, and there were room keys scattered all over the front desk. We all sat inside the office and nobody had a clue what was going on. We knocked next door and the same little boy had come out claiming he was the manager at first, and told all of us to leave. He told me my reservation was "bullshit" and that I was a "fucking liar" and kept telling us to leave even though I kept showing him the reservation confirmation. This kid was probably 14?? He then admitted he was not the manger but his mother, the owner "left him in charge". Of a hotel??? Legalities of this anyone??? He continued to call us liars and telling us to leave so I called an officer to the location to help us out. The little boy then admitted his mother left her business abandoned to "play cards with friends" to the officer. It was less than ten degrees outside and we were going to have to camp out in our car freezing for the night. Luckily the officer made some calls for us and got us a warm place to sleep for the night. There were dozens of people waiting in the freezing cold for you to take care of your OWN business claiming it was OPEN and VACANT. Sort your priorities out.
