Wonderful, helpful, kind hotel staff. Deluxe, extensive choices for breakfast-best buffet I've seen at a hotel also. Eggs and ham? Yes! Biscuits and gravy-oh yeah! Cereals, oatmeal bar with all kinds of nuts and fruit to add. Yep! Breads and bagels and muffins and Nutella. Yass! Enjoy cow milk or plant based milks? They had 4 choices!! Juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, vanilla steamer etc? It's all there and it's all included in your stay! This was my 4th or 5th stay at Country Cabins, and my 3rd time staying in the 'Moose Cabin', #210…read more I stay here for the convenience and price, but the owners/staff could be doing a much better job of cleaning and maintaining the cabins. For example, during this stay, out of 5 lamps/sconces in my cabin, every one of them had a bulb out, resulting in the interior feeling very dim/under-lit. During the day I could open the window shades for more light but then privacy was diminished. Also, there were many, many dust bunnies under the beds and extensive and obviously aged cobwebs (meaning they appeared to have been there a LONG time) in every corner and on every lamp and sconce. It's still the only place to stay in Mountain View, and the location is convenient with a very-well-stocked Mavericks gas station across the street, a coffee shop down the street, and easy access to a major highway. I would just like it to be cleaner. By the way, this feedback was provided to the owner/manager on my last visit and upon check out this visit, and was acknowledged without any comment or apology.
