Incredibly sweet, fun to be around & accommodating. I was referred by my sister-in-law, who like me, will only trust our skin with Christina. My first couple visits were for spray tans, which were perfect. Very natural looking. They give me confidence in the summer to show-off my legs. The sessions are timely & comfortable. She is thorough drying me off, making sure the spray doesn't stain my feet, hands and nails. I never leave feeling that tackiness most spray tans can leave you with all day. I am able to put my clothes on and go about my day! Not only does Christina excel in spray tans, but she gives the best & most relaxing facials. The only issue I had was I couldn't stay & sleep--since I was incredibly relaxed. My skin felt years younger. The products she uses are medical grade too. Rarely are things that are so good for us enjoyable too! Once you go to Skin & Spa you'll be hooked! P.S. Reluctantly I went to a different spa to get a spray tan while Christina was on vacation. This spa had good reviews, so I thought it would be alright. I couldn't have been more wrong! It was a complete disaster. I will never make that same mistake again!!!

Then I saw all the amazing creativity that Ashley can do with nails. Well, I pick at my nails and they are often not long enought to justify "getting your nails done". Well... about a month later, I booked an appt. I LOVE how she asked what I was looking at for inspiration. I showed her a few things. My nails are so adorable and I've received a lot of compliments I can't wait to go back. I have to book a massage with Shawn! If you wanna treat yourself, come here. If you need to unwind, come here. This was my first time using Hand & Stone services and only my second experience with getting a…read moreprofessional massage. My husband purchased a gift card for me to surprise me with a massage for Christmas He was told at the time of purchase, that if he spent extra to add on services to exfoliate my hands and feet, then he would have spent enough money to qualify for an additional $50 promotional gift card. When he asked what that was for, he was told by staff that customers typically use the promotional cards as part of the gratuity portion of the bill of service to tip the staff, so my husband spent the extra money to get the promotion under the impression that I would be able to make an appointment and just come in, be treated, and be able to pay for services and gratuity with his gift cards that now hold over $200 in monetary value. I was instructed to arrive 15 minute prior to my 50 minute session to fill out paperwork which I did, however the extensive questionnaire took longer than the 15 minute timeframe allotted, and then afterwards the staff at the front desk proceeded to further ask me questions about what I wanted to get out of my massage appointment that was now cut 10 minutes short due to their pre-operative interrogation. When I presented my gift card and promotional gift card and stated my intentions for payment, I was informed by the front desk staff that the promotional cards cannot be used for gratuity and can only be used for add-on treatments. I told her about my husband's experience and she was unwavering, stating that he was given incorrect information and that I can use the promotion another time, or to add on a service if I wanted to. I asked her if I could then pay for the add-on services that my husband signed me up for with the promotional card and then use what was left on my gift card for gratuity, and the staff looked at me like I was not making any sense whatsoever. At this point the masseuse has come out to the front desk because we are now almost 20 minutes into my massage session and I felt like the front desk staff was looking and treating me as though I was the most frugal human on the planet. I had to clarify in front of the masseuse that my issue was not with providing gratuity, I was simply trying to use all of what my husband has gifted me and that this was not what he was sold, this was a big miscommunication. I was extremely uncomfortable with how this confusion was being handled. No one was sympathetic or understanding accept my masseuse, Connie. Connie was the only positive part of the entire experience. As soon as she guided me back to her room, I completely broke down in tears and explained how humiliated I felt. She was so understanding and professional and treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. I spent half of my already cut in half massage experience in tears, and she maintained complete composure and she helped relax me with her own calming presence. When my session was finished, I was met back at the front by the original staff where she asked how my experience what and I responded that it went fine. Then she asked if I wanted to book my next appointment and I declined, and then I respectfully asked to just be shown where I could leave my gratuity so that I could leave. She then made me stand there while she reviewed the membership program to me even though it was clear that I was not interested and I even told her I was not interested in a membership program, I still had to listen to the presentation while trying to leave a tip for Connie. Once I finally could leave, I called my husband from my car in tears and apologized for wasting his expensive and thoughtful Christmas gift to me. This was the worst experience I have ever had from something that was supposed to be a loving treat. I truly feel like my husband was completely taken advantage of that day when he first walked in, just wanting to buy me a nice and thoughtful present.

I went in for a massage a little bit ago and made the appointment online and specifically requested…read morefirm pressure. When I got to my appointment I was told the masseuse has a "wrist condition" and was unable to provide the desired pressure. I had to continue with the massage and did not get what I needed at all. I then contacted them and asked them for a refund or another massage and they said they will get the manager to speak with me but that never happened and now they blocked my phone number. I do not recommend at all!
