The massage was great and I was able to relax and finally think about nothing for once. However, I did not experience any "dry brushing" - only hot stones and my therapist's hands. As far as a the facial massage goes, really only my forehead and temples were rubbed. I'm not sure what part of the face is included, but I assumed my entire face. I would also say that the receptionist downstairs and the receptionist upstairs weren't very warm. The one upstairs seemed annoyed by me even though I didn't raise any complaints with my service.
