I told the masseuse hard pressure and she stood on my back to start the massage. The whole 60 minutes was glorious. I didn't want anything fancy so this is just what I needed. The massages are consistently excellent. With a lot of places it is hit or miss. Okay I like a deep tissue massage and I want to masseuse to work on problem areas. At many places even when I ask them to work on specific problem areas they give me a basic rub down. At Foot Spa I don't even have to ask them to work on specific areas because somehow he finds out where those areas are and he works on them until they are better. I started there by getting a foot massage because I found a card at the car wash that said they had a real cheap foot massage and my feet needed some help. The foot massage was life-changing for me. I left there feeling lighter and taller. I'm not kidding. There are some drawbacks as well. Twice when I went there the place smelled of smoke like someone had been smoking a Turkish cigarette. But the last few times that has not been an issue. The couple that run it have a very limited grasp of the English language. But they are delightful people they do what they can to make sure they understand what you're asking for. They have a price chart on the wall and will point out what you've asked for to make sure they got it right. If you don't like a good for massage with deep tissue work this might not be the best place for you. I don't know because that's all I've ever gotten. They might go with a relaxation massage if you ask for it. And I should also mention that some of the massage gets into some areas that might make some people uncomfortable. For example, I had no idea how much tension I had in my buttocks. It was a little uncomfortable for me to have someone squeezing and rubbing and pushing on my buttocks but the fact is I felt much better afterwards. I'm sure if I'd ask him to not do that he would've not but I let him and it paid off. I try to go every two weeks. And the rates are really reasonable. Last night I got a 90 minute massage for $110. I think the foot massage might have been $40 for an hour or something like that but don't quote me on it. The place isn't a fancy day spa, they don't have some of the luxury of waiting area amenities that other places have. But the fact is I've never had to sit in the waiting room. They are a small business and they do good work and they're nice people. I would encourage you to at least try them I think they're the best in Stafford by far.

Mia is very friendly and attentive. She's very professional and offers a nice, firm massage in a very clean, welcoming and relaxing setting. Her husband works here and they offer more salon/spa services. They also offer monthly memberships, which are a very nice deal. I'd definitely return for another massage!
